Monthly Rentals in Lower Greenwich

The place is exactly as described. It is located at the end of the street in a very quiet spot. It is a quick drive to everything you want and has all the amenities you need. I would have to add that this is one of the best showers I've ever usedm. Excellent water pressure and nice and hot. I highly recommend a stay here while you're in St. John.

We had an incredible stay at Julie’s place! The house was spotlessly clean, cozy, and precisely as described. Additionally, the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary items, which was a huge plus. Julie was an exceptional host—she was responsive, friendly, and attentive to our needs. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

This was the second time staying at Melissa's and it is a favorite! This accommodation is lovely, super kitchen to prepare meals, extremely comfortable beds and linens. Also the location is quiet with a beautiful view. The other thing that I really appreciate is how clean it is. I highly recommend Melissa's!

This place was absolutely wonderful. It felt like home, bright and more comfortable & private than a hotel. There were also toys and dishes for the dogs, staples in the cupboards, full kitchen, a true home-away-from-home. This place was worth every penny and we will stay here every time we pass through to visit family.
