The cottage worked out great for us and we would definitely stay here again. It is located on the edge of town in a peaceful setting but you are not so far out that you can't get into town easily. We enjoyed our stay!-

The property was spotlessly clean with plenty of natural light. It had a beautifully landscaped yard with an awesome hot tub. There are tons of beautiful art and photos throughout the house. I have rented many Air B&B's in the past, and this property is one of the best. It exceeded our expectations.

Serene stay which was perfect for a night’s stay. Place was very clean and the hosts were responsive. I would recommend and would also stay there again if given the opportunity.

Perfect size for a couple to stay for a weekend getaway. Great location, close to grocery store, coffee and downtown shops and restaurants.

I have stayed at the cottage twice. Both times were excellent. The place is just as advertised. The hosts are extremely responsive and the cottage is well stocked. I highly recommend this place for a solo traveler or couple visiting the area. Both times I have visited have been to see my daughter attending CSU-Fort Collins. I plan to stay here evry time for the next two years if it is available.

This was my second time staying here. It is so quiet and perfect. Pretty outdoor area to sit in. Great working space. Water pressure in shower is amazing. It has nice touches and is well decorated. I will book again. Also location is amazing if you have kids at CSU.
