Lizzie and Marco’s place was fantastic overall. It was centrally located, providing easy access to the city and the mountains for exploring. We were a group of seven, and everyone slept comfortably. The only minor issue we encountered was with the hot water. After three people showered, the hot water would suddenly stop. Despite this minor setback, our overall stay was great. I highly recommend this place for large groups seeking to explore the city and nature.

This was a perfect mountain retreat. The cabin was peaceful and cozy, with a picturesque mountain backdrop. The hot tub really helped to take the chill of winter weather off. The useable fireplace was also a great bonus; making the cabin feel even more relaxing. The amenities provided were clearly explained, and bringing extra towels for the frequent trips to the hot tub is a must. There were a few inches of snow/ice on the ground when we arrived, but our SUV's had no trouble getting up there. The drive was already plowed and we did a quick shovel to clear the path to the hot tub. Would highly recommend!

This place is seriously gorgeous. The views are unbeatable, that's why it's in the listing name! All appliances were very up to date, including the sauna and heated master bath floors. Everything we could have needed was provided, including full size soaps/shampoos/conditioners in all three showers. Super high ceilings! The only complaint would be the water pressure, but they are pumping water from a well so it's completely understandable. All TVs are smart TVs so there is access to any streaming service one could want. There are three levels, so be aware of stairs, but there's a bathroom on every level, and even a patio on every level! Also be aware that once you turn into the neighborhood, it's all gravel roads. There isn't any super steep parts and we felt perfectly safe in my 2wd sedan, but the steepest section is the driveway. There was no snow on the roads when we visited so it was perfect and we had no issues, but it's definitely something to think about in the snowier months!

This space looks exactly like the photos and was perfect for our day use. Such beautiful views! Brad was thorough and proactive in messaging prior to check-in and check-out.

Beautiful home, comfortable beds and lovely decor. Overall a fabulous stay. We found out that even thoug it sleeps 11, any guests over 6 are charged $50 / night (per person, per night). We rented a larger AirBnb because we thought we would have more guests for our son’s college graduation but ended up only having 5 guests due to a family emergency. Across the street construction started at 7:15 on a Friday morning, FYI. Certainly not the owners’ fault, but something to know for awhile, as we had hoped for a little more rest since arriving late the night before. The house was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a few snacks upon arrival. Cozy living rooms (2) with blankets, and overall super clean and lovely!!

absolutely beautiful place, plenty of space to have a get away with friends and family and a great host who made it easy to check in and made it known if there were any issues they would be quick and do there best to resolve any issue.

Love this place! We were there for family weekend at CU and this place was perfect. It’s out of the hustle and bustle and traffic of Boulder but close enough to do all the things. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with wildlife and starry nights, and just steps from a really nice hiking trail. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you need and great deck for grilling and enjoying the quiet. Our host was responsive and helpful and could not have been more accommodating - I had one little inquiry and he called me and we had it sorted immediately. Definitely top notch!

This home is perfect for a weekend getaway! Plenty of space, cozy and has everything you'd need to cook or just relax. Hot tub was perfect! Already talked about booking the space again for another trip!

This is our second stay at this home. It has all of the amenities including a hot tub, fire pit, grill and well stocked kitchen Jess think of all of the items to make one feel welcomed. He has coffee, paper supplies (TP, Paper towels, plastic wrap, foil, laundry detergent and even some bath soap). The home is clean, the beds are comfortable and his instructions are clear and helpful. If there is any problem, he is quick to respond. Plus, he leaves us homemade chocolate chip cookies. You could not have a better location. The area is great for walking or jogging. It is close to Lucille's for a fantastic New Orleans breakfast or lunch. It is about a 10 minute walk to downtown/Old Town which is very convenient. We highly recommend Jess's place and will be back.
