It was wonderful and cozy! And the fact that it was only a 10 minute walk to basically anywhere around town made it the perfect place to stay.

We travel a lot and stay in airbnbs when we do. This one was super clean and had a comfy bed! I’m super picky about cleanliness. You won’t be disappointed if you are looking for a clean home. We visit Bentonville often to visit our kids and grand baby. Will definitely be booking this one again!

Our host were amazing! They made us feel right at home and communicate very well. This was honestly the best AirBnb we have ever stayed in. They had any and everything you could need and may have forgotten. The place was immaculate and was very homey. They tell you their history and the stories behind the decor and it truly felt like we knew them by the time the stay was over. They prepared a booklet that has all the local places to check out. Everything was walkable, we parked our car at check in and never moved it until check out. We will definitely be back!

We visited for the holidays and were pleasantly surprised to find the listing as it was described with everything we needed to feel like home during our stay. The location was perfect for our needs and centrally located to all Bentonville has to offer. There was a well organized binder with local information and all the instructions for our stay. We found the kitchen and baths well stocked and very clean. Although this was definitely one of our favorite Airbnb’s, and we’ve been to many, we hate to tell everyone as we will definitely be looking to stay again and fear it will be snatched up easily for it’s great accommodations. Thank you again to our host Bill for a great holiday stay.

My stay was great. The kitchen was well stocked with accessories - I was able to cook meals with ease. I especially appreciated the ice cube trays, knife set, and several different sizes of pans. I don’t have kids but there were several sets of plates, bowls, and silverware for kids that I felt like was a thoughtful addition. The appliances were modern, clean, and looked nice. There was a dishwasher, garbage disposal, five burner stove with oven, microwave, and large fridge with freezer. One of the bedrooms had a desk which I used for remote work. The WiFi was specific to my unit and password protected which made me feel secure using it. The TV was large and modern, it was fun to watch my favorite shows. All bedrooms had blackout curtains and extra blankets. I was able to easily adjust the thermostat which was helpful. There was plenty of storage in all rooms. The host left clear instructions in English and Spanish. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is so conveniently located to just about all of Bentonville. Two blocks to the momentary, and a short bike ride anywhere.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

This was perfect for our family gathering for thanksgiving! 4 rooms having long beds was key, and the upstairs was very spacious for little to run around with lots of seating. The location was great! We’ll be looking into staying here again next time we visit!

Fantastic AirBnB with plenty of space, all the amenities, and super close to downtown Bentonville and many bike trails. The space was spotless and very modern. Fully stocked kitchen so you can cook just about any meal. We really appreciated the bike shed, hose and bike cleaner, and air pump! We arrived late at night and it was super easy to find and check in. We've stayed in a lot of AirBnBs and we thought this had the most comfortable beds and linens. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Emerald Bungalow was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family getaway. The location was absolutely ideal—nestled in a scenic area that offered both privacy and easy access to everything we wanted to explore. Whether we were enjoying nature walks, restaurants or simply relaxing at the property. One of the standout features of Emerald Bungalow was the kitchen. As a family of excellent home cooks, we can be picky when it comes to cooking spaces, but this kitchen exceeded our expectations. It was not only spacious but also incredibly well-equipped, with quality appliances and all the utensils and tools we needed to prepare some amazing meals together. Whether we were cooking a leisurely breakfast or preparing a family feast, it was a joy to use the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were well stocked and we would definitely stay again.

Tonya's place was a perfect homebase for our family of four while we were moving our son to Fayetteville. The location was perfect for us; within a 5 minute drive to campus and almost anywhere we needed to go while running errands all over town getting things settled. Numerous restaurants nearby as well. Finally, there is plenty of parking which was a huge plus for us as well. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

Excellent location, felt right at home. The morning after we arrived, we walked right across the street to Arsaga's and had a perfect breakfast. It is very easy to get anywhere else you are going. Would definitely stay again!

Great location right in the middle of downtown. Can walk almost anywhere. However, parking was a bit difficult.

Easy, clean, fun time.

It was the perfect stay if planning to go out on Dixon street- restaurants/ bars were walkable. Had a little issue with otters parking in one of my 2 spots- but both Mayra and Cole responded immediately offering to tow if needed. They were communicative- and expedient with reply. The upstairs bed was comfortable and shower was nice.

Brittany’s place was perfect for a weekend to visit my daughter. The listing was accurately described and convenient to everything. Lovely place with all the amenities.

Great location if you are looking to enjoy Dickson Street. Walkable to all U of A games and a great patio. Be prepared for noise at night due to nightlife on Dickson, but the bedroom is quieter. Great place and host is great.
