Monthly Rentals in Los Villares

This place offers a LOT of value for a low price and the owner is a kind man. It is quiet, like all the other reviews already said (I'm sensitive to noise, that's why I chose this listing!) with barely any traffic. There aren't any direct neighbors next door either so you don't hear the typical neighbor sounds. I have to warn you that rural Spain does have an endemic problem with barking dogs, even at night, but in this house you only hear them from farther away, so it's ok. You could always buy some earplugs if necessary. I always sleep with earplugs in my life in general. In my review, I really want to highlight that in this village, you can get almost anything you'd ever need on foot. It's a 2 minute walk to a small market, cafes and a restaurant, a 4 min walk to a supermarket, and a big supermarket is 10 min max. 2 more things: English is rare in Luque, and you should still have a car. I had no car, for tourism that's not optimal. I already miss the calm village atmosphere..

A fantastic and comfortable apartment with a great view. We had a problem with the oven during our stay and while it could not be fixed at the time Juan Carlos was responsive and helpful. The mark of a good host is how they respond to problems and in that way Juan Carlos was excellent. Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment. The area is very quiet. It is ideal for one person or couple. Modern , functional, ideal for spending a few days in Jaén in a quiet area. We had an amazing stay here! The place is very beautiful and so close to walk for shopping, eating, and see attractions. Ana gave very clear check in instructions and so many great recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!
