Excellent location, quiet neighborhood and very easy to get around and get what you need, shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and with everything you need to stay for a long time, it feels like home, the best thing is the ease of entering the apartment as it has a smart digital lock, Maritza is very friendly and is always available in case you need anything, Highly recommended!! ❤️

At the time of booking at this apartment, the description was not very detailed and communication was not as smooth, however meeting Wilmar was an excellent experience. They welcomed us very kindly, they explained how everything in the apartment works, tips on what to do and where to go in the area, and even welcomed us early on the day of check-in. The apartment is exactly as described in the post, clean, tidy and secure. We felt right at home during our stay. The kitchen has a wonderful flame for cooking.

Riccardo's place is just like the pictures. He is a great host, he came to greet us. High end decoration inspired in Pinterest. Bolsting 3 bedrooms 2 with A/C units, also A/C in the living room with large TV. Netflix and Youtube. Balcony with nice view. Washer in the laundry room. Like advertized, their is no hot water in the shower but you don't need it because the water temperature is so nice. Highly recommend this place, you will feel special.

This has become my home away from home when I am in Cucuta. I was just there in Dec/Jan and the place was beautiful and I walk in this time and some nice touch ups were done to make it even that much more beautiful. Julian and Nelly are awesome hosts and are there when ever needed. The pool is very nice and we used the gym a few times. The area has 3 supermarkets within a block of building and I used all 3. Night life and dining is also very close and downtown is a short taxi ride. I can't recommend this lovely space enough. Thank You Julian and Nelly once again for your kindness and hospitality Joe and Mayra

Jacqueline thought of absolutely everything when outfitting her apartment for guests. We stayed for one month and had everything we needed. The Silver Park building is nice and well managed and it was great having a pool. Jacqueline was a kind and very responsive host. We would definitely return!

The apartment is spacious, super cool and equipped with everything you need. The condo is very beautiful and the view you have from the apartment is very relaxing. Sebastian was attentive the whole time and always gave us clear directions. I went with 2 pets and it has areas to take them for a walk. I would definitely come back.

The apartment is simple but fully meets the needs, it was very good, clean, tidy, the essential utensils were there, the co-hosts were at the door waiting for our arrival. Due to problems with our flight we arrived late and they still welcomed us. I also thank them very much, because we came with a baby and the supermarkets were already closed to buy things and Maria helped us with her market to get things for the baby and I covered what she had spent. Thank you very much!

This is a great place to stay in Cúcuta. It has hot water and filtered water from the fridge which is awesome and uncommon in the city. I would recommend :)

Jesus's place is wonderful. I liked that it was a large and clean apartment. the A/C works really well. large kitchen and dining area. Jesus is an excellent host.
