It wasn’t my first time staying at his property. It is always a treat to stay at one of his properties. Ellis and/or Salomé are always available for any question and/or concern. It is a safe location where the tower is located, building staff are nice and friendly. And the Apt itself was spotless. The cleaning lady is very approachable. I would always recommend to stay at one of his properties. Thank you Ellis and Salome!

This trip is the multiple times I’ve rented Brian‘s place, it is so comfortable half the time I don’t even go out. Beds are comfortable, furniture is amazing. The location is ideal. Very very comfortable place with all the amenities you ever need. Like a home away from home situation. Brian is a great host very attentive. Always checking in seeing how I was doing. if you’re going to Cucuta this is definitely a must stay well worth the money.

Martha is a very friendly and helpful person. She prepared a delicious soup and an excellent and delicious arepa. I loved the stay, very clean and organized. Definitely when I return to Cúcuta I will stay in this beautiful apartment again. Thanks Martha for everything!!

The Cabaña it's beautiful, well manicure garden. It is the perfect place for a tranquile getaway with the family. The town is amaizing and the people are very respectfull and friendly. Almost everything that you might need it is closed by, withing walking distante. You would be very happy to stay at this Cabaña. Antonio Angarita.

Excellent attention, location close to the different points of interest, comfortable place, green areas in the residential complex, all taxis know of the location of the ensemble, the portería attentive and helpful. the nice pool, pets friendly the whole set. A lot of life in the ensemble and nightlife close to the ensemble.

The place is very comfortable, complete for a family stay. The building has children's playground and a good size pool. The only thing is that weekends there are clubs nearby with very loud music. However, it did not affect our experience. Grateful and very happy with my stay

Our stay was just great. The place was spotless, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect and the host was very friendly, attentive and always willing to help us with any questions. We would definitely stay here again. Totally recommended!

The cabin is really nice and Mrs. Claudia is very attentive. I will definitely be back! We had an amazing time: it has a game of frogs, dominoes, uno, a very spacious kitchen, a very comfortable BBQ area and a super plus that it has hot water!

A sleek keypad entry system is mounted on a wooden door. The lock features a silver finish with a circular knob and a variety of buttons for access. The background hints at a softly lit interior space, adding a touch of modernity and security.

The accommodation is very nice, the location is very convenient to carry out different activities within the city of Cúcuta, the facilities were in optimal condition of order and toilet, the treatment was always very friendly, very grateful in general during the stay. Totally recommended.
