Vacation rentals with beach access in Los Ayala

We really liked everything, the apartment was very nice and good size, the host was very attentive and accessible, the only thing that seemed inconvenient to us is that they no longer let the puppies walk through the pool and restaurant facilities, I understand that by some people who do not act responsible in cleaning, others we lose, I hope they will consider the option of leaving them under the understanding of not leaving waste.

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

We loved the apartment and the place in general, we would definitely like to come back. The apartment is very well cared for and very well equipped to spend a vacation with all the comforts and needs of visitors.

Very good place to stay, recommended by location. You have the beach 400 meters away and the pools are perfect, the place is very quiet and you have places to shop nearby. Recommended

A beautiful property to spend a week. We loved lounging by the pool and yard. Carine (Dean and Brad) were super responsive and helped with little things we needed to make our stay fabulous. We love this town so much and the location was perfect to quickly get to the beach and our favourite taco spots. We can’t wait to stay again

This place is tucked away with beautiful grounds and safe environment - with unbelievable views from balcony with amazing sunsets. The pool was warm and well maintained. Large Apartment that is looked after well. A lovely place to relax and unwind and enjoy the best views of p\Puerto Vallarta and one of the better beaches of main town Puerto Vallarta.

Rob's apartment is a hidden gem, perfectly located within walking distance of the city center and nearby restaurants and shops. The stunning view from the room is a standout feature, and the responsive hosts, Rob and manager Alfredo, ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel pool in front of the apartment plays lively music on weekends, which can be slightly loud. However, the music stops by 11 pm, and closing the windows effectively reduces the sound to a barely noticeable level. Weekdays offer a tranquil atmosphere with the soothing sound of waves. The apartment boasts a comfortable mattress and stylish furniture, creating an inviting ambiance that makes it hard to leave. Highly recommended for those seeking a convenient location, breathtaking views, and a memorable stay!

This house is incredible! Just as described. Rosie is an amazing host and was available every time we needed her, including nights and on Christmas Eve and Day. Our family loved the pool and easy access to the beach. You get everything from this house! Close to the Malecon and very walkable. You can buy mangos right off the beach from the pool above, watch boats, fireworks, marine life, etc. We briefly met the owner on our way out and he was just as great. This house and vacation spot is worth every cent. Would definitely recommend and return.

We really really enjoyed this stay. Beautiful ocean views, quiet, and easy walking access to a long sandy beach. If you are looking are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of other busy towns in this area and like peace and quiet, I would highly recommend Rosario’s place.

Wonderful house nestled in a little tropical paradise. The pool was a great way to quickly cool off from the afternoon heat. The house was just far enough out of town to be very peaceful. The trip into town was walkable but golf carts are so reasonable why walk when you can cruise in style. Mellisa setup everything from start to finish with no hiccups. Highly recommend using her services to make your trip as smooth as possible. Pro tip “What’s/App” you’re welcome. Thanks Mellisa we will be staying again for sure

Francisco was an incredible host, very responsive and he went above and beyond with support on some off the requests during our stay. The place was amazing as well! Perfect for a couple families or a few couples who want to be a little outside the bustle of the city center with access to a private beach and minutes from playa los Muertos. Would stay there again in a heartbeat on future trips to Sayulita. Five stars!

This was our second time staying at this house. The location is perfect as the north end tends to stay a little quieter than being in the center of town. The location is great as it is in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Love that there is a pool and being right on the beach is a big plus. The house is has all that you need for a nice relaxing vacation!

We had a great time at Casa Margarita! The view and patio are AMAZING—we spent many hours floating in the pool and watching the ocean, especially when the waves were too big for us to get into. That view is the true highlight. The house was super comfy for our party of 6, with a well stocked kitchen, mini spit A/Cs in all rooms. It felt very safe—there are great locks on all the doors and windows, plus a safe. This house is on the north end of town, so it’s not far from some great spots and beach access (less than 10 min), or a 15 walk to the center. It is up a very steep hill, which is doable but kind of terrible in the heat of the day or when you have a heavy load. It makes grabbing something simple from the nearby store more of a chore than it should be. The house is tucked in the jungle, so cool jungle bugs may be inside the house. Bringing the 5 gallon water refill up to the house without a vehicle was very difficult, so I wish there was a person to contact for delivery.

We had a great stay and were so happy to be on the quieter north side of town! We enjoyed nearby restaurants and beach bars at sunset. The 2 blocks to the beach became our morning and evening ritual. The living and dining spaces are outdoors as shown, and as visitors from Minnesota we soaked up that time outside! The palapa and pool are lovely and the kids (ages 3 and 5) swam like fish all week..the shallow end was super fun for them! Thanks for a great stay!

If you're looking for a Puerto Vallarta vacation property that's: - in an ideal location within Zona Romantica (a short stroll to the best beaches, restaurants and nightlife); - beautiful and practically brand new with modern decor and conveniences (W/D, fast internet, etc.); - squeaky clean and perfectly maintained; and - managed by a super-friendly, responsive owner who wants you to have a perfect vacation ... then book Jill's place RIGHT NOW!!! We can't say enough good things about our stay. Jill was terrific to work with from our initial contact to check-out, and we hope to return again!

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

The only downside of our stay at Peter’s was we didn’t stay long enough!! Peter was incredibly responsive to all our communications. Loved the unit, view, everything! Road leading to the condo is very rough due to construction, but that’s temporary. Will be back!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.
