We had to find an air b n b last minute and luckily we found this place! Niki and Cameron were super nice and helpful with anything that we needed/or asked about. They have the cutest animals and farm there. It was very clean inside and was the perfect spot for my family of 3. Not too far of a drive from Disneyland and beaches. Definitely recommend. :)

We booked Teresa’s cottage on the way from San Luis Obispo and were almost immediately confirmed. The price was very good for the area and accommodation. The location was perfect for a day at Disney and felt very safe, secure and private. The amenities were exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Teresa apparently does horseback rides as well so we would love to return for that as well. It’s rural so there were list of nature sounds (birds, dogs, etc.) but none of it was intrusive or bothersome at all. Quite the contrary, it was quite endearing. We definitely see why Teresa is a Superhost!

CC's B&B was the perfect for our overnight stay for the State Softball tournament. 15mins from Best of the West in Palmdale. Clean, safe & secluded location with parking. Plenty of room for 2 adults & 2 kids. Huge walk-in closet that doubled as a playpen for the little one was a plus! Felt like we were in a hotel suite with all of the bath towels, snacks, coffee and water provided. We would definitely come again!

This is an easy place to stay. The owners live on the property, so they are very accessible and easy to communicate with. If you are frightened of dogs, this may not be your place. There is a large dog who roams the property at night. The owners are very willing to put the dog in a fenced yard if need be. The accommodations are good and the place is close to Vasquez Rock Park and a cute little area. Definitely need a car here, but it was a great stay.

Kathy's stunning place is in a beautiful private, peaceful area. April time is wonderful, temperature perfect, air so fresh, hills covered in blooming California lilac with patches of poppies and other wild flowers. The space is ultra comfortable with lots of light and unobstructed views. We cooked a simple breakfast just fine. The view of the ocean is gorgeous and it's barely 5 min from the beaches and Malibu Seafood for fish and chips. Lots more restaurants less than 10 minutes away in Malibu Country Mart. Close to fun Paradise Cove. My favorite thing was having a private trail to a stream for my pup and I to wander. Lots of other trails nearby. Very relaxed atmosphere, a place to breathe. Kathy and Rich are great hosts. 10 stars!

Karla was an amazing host from start to finish! We had such a lovely stay - waking to the sun beaming through the orange trees and the fragrant smell of orange blossoms filled the entire courtyard. We were told to take some oranges home! So delicious. Such a peaceful setting. Kitchen had everything we’d need to make toast, coffee, or a small meal. The place was super well stocked including access to any toiletries we may have forgotten to pack! So thoughtful :) The entire place was very clean and welcoming. 10/10 would stay again!

I was here to help with my daughter’s new baby. The kitchen is perfect. Well supplied I was able to prepare some comfort dishes with no issues. The kitchen is spacious and was very clean. There was no street sounds and parking was easy. It was a bit chilly at night and there was a space heater that kept the room comfortable. It was very easy to be here. I would stay again.

Really unique, clean and charming place to stay. Beautiful surroundings, easy to feel right at home. Host left us fresh eggs in the fridge from her chickens, very thoughtful! Definitely recommend this place for those looking for a charming remote country-vibe, even though it’s super close to tons of LA action.
