Ryan's home was beautiful and cozy. We were very comfortable for our stay. Easily accessible, clean, private and had everything we needed. Ryan was kind, helpful and responsive. We hope to stay again!

Good little spot for one person. Has everything you need

We stayed for several weeks at Florentino’s and it met our needs very well as we had specific requirements based on medical issues. It had a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, no interior stairs and only 3 stairs from outside to front door. It was convenient to grocery & restaurants, shops, and post office nearby. Also convenient to Ft Belvoir. Though on a main road, we didn’t find the traffic noise to be a distraction and overnight traffic seemed minimal. Florentino responded promptly to any questions or concerns (we had few) and was always helpful. I would recommend to others visiting the area!

Staying at Joey’s Place was just the getaway that my wife and I needed! Isabella is a great host and Occoquan is a wonderful place to recharge your batteries. This AirBnb is beautifully decorated and hassle free with a great location right on Main Street. We look forward to staying there again the next time we visit!
