House vacation rentals in Loon

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Bitoon Resthouse. I could write an entire essay of how great it was. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. Caretakers sir Nilo and ma'am Loraine made me feel right at home upon arrival. They were so proactive whenever I had a favor to ask. They are both ever so present if necessary and yet so discreet and respectful of the need for privacy. The beach located a few steps from the house remains raw. When the tide is low I could take a walk along the receded coastline which is teaming with life and bedecked with beautiful shells that one can no longer find in other more developed beaches. Perched on the sea wall as I waited for sunrise, I saw a tiny bump of what I believe to be a whaleshark breaking the surface. I'm not a pool person so I can't say how it is. But I can say, the pool is cleaned, filled in, filtered and maintained by sir Nilo at least twice a day. Actually, the entire place is clean and spotless. All amenities are in working condition

Nice and tidy. Place was compact but can comfortably sleep a family of 5 (4 adults 1 kid). Quite strong wifi too. As for the host, they were pleasant to deal with and very responsive. We liked the pool and gym too. All in all, we had enjoyed our time there.

We really enjoyed our time at the wonder nest. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Airport pick up and drop off was super easy. They took us to wherever we wanted to go. The space was roomy with three villas connected together. The kids loved the pool. I would stay here again!

We spent one week in this fantastically located private house right by the water on Panglao Bohol as a whole family of 5 persons. It was a great experience and we felt very welcome and right at home from the start. Peter the host was very helpful and attentitive to all our needs and made our stay a very nice experience. We can highly recommend this to future guests.

This Villa is worth every Peso we paid! Its outstanding and superb! One of the nicest accomodations i been to in the Philippines. The Villa is very much space. Everything is spacious, especially the kitchen and the living room. Its very visible it has been designed and furnished with love. There are plenty of useful items inside. Actually everything you can think of.

Very comfortable stay 20-30 mins scooter ride to local attractions and Panglou Island, where there is great snorkelling opportunities. Perfect paddle boarding hire and location short scooter ride away and local market and bake shop for delicious breakfast buns a few minutes walk. Great location base to explore lots on the Island. Airport transfers offered by friendly and accommodating hosts.

Emma and James were great hosts! They were very accommodating and will assist you 100%. They were very helpful and tried everything to assist us (I thought I left our passports in the room, but was they were just in our luggage!). Their staff are amazing. They even cooked for us for some homey food we were craving. All in all the best value for such a great place.

Stayed for 4D3N. Place is clean, caretakers are approachables and the owner is responsive on messages. We love the place 5/5 😍. Will book again once we go back to Panglao

We had a comfortable stay at JJJ's Transient House Rental! The house was very spacious and perfect for our group of 20. The location was ideal—close to the city yet still peaceful. The bathroom was large and convenient, and the kitchen was clean and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was great for those in our group working remotely. Overall, our stay was awesome! The caretakers and host were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and quick to assist with our needs. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panglao or Tagbilaran, Bohol, and we would love to stay here again!

Big and comfortable house in a gated neighborhood. Attentive host. It’s a little far from the main area of town where all the restaurants and things are. Maybe a 10 minute drive. But the flip side of that is that it’s generally quiet and not as noisy as that part of town would be. I would recommend staying at this house! We enjoyed it.

First off our host Atty. Wi is wonderful and very accommodating. Everything was as advertised. Air-conditioning unit in the living room and main bedroom are split types and works very well. Kitchen is equipped with everything that you should need on vacation. We loved the WiFi, very reliable and we averaged 260 mbps down and up. Hot shower worked well. There is dispenser unit for cold and hot drinking water in the kitchen. Tricycles are easy to find as the guards in will help you find them. Neighborhood is very quite and safe and there is a guard post at the sub division entrance. After the first week, we decided to stay another so we stayed a total of 2 weeks in this lovely home.

Spacious place for a reasonable price. On the main road, but in bedroom no disturbing sound at all. Neighbors are quiet. Warm water, ac, large kitchen with utensils. It takes some time to get to Alona beach, but it is closer to Bohol itself. There are cats living around, sometimes you can smell them. Overall great place.

Very nice and huge house. We loved our stay. Rujelyn and Rachel cared about everything and made our holidays as perfect as we expected it. Thank you, guys! We highly recommend to stay here while being on Panglao Islands.

Gorgeous property and beautiful landscaping. Incredibly friendly host and caretaker. We got lost on the way but Marvin responded quickly and met up with us by vehicle to guide us to the property. The caretaker helped set us up with dinner and offered to set up karaoke. Far from things - which is stated clearly in the listing, but it was the perfect retreat after a hectic week in Panglao and Tagbilaran. We wish we could’ve spent more time at this property. it was a great experience staying at boho chic, it was clean and host is very responsive. it is located in a private area so after a long day of tours and beach you will feel relax when come back to the place. you will feel at home. thank you so much Ms. Rhea. we had a great stay ☺️

Our family of three enjoyed our one month stay at Ronalyn's place. The area where the house is located is quiet, yet close enough to the main highway to quickly get to food/restaurants and tourist destinations around Bohol. The host and caretaker were quick and responsive to our needs.
