Chalet with beautiful views on slopes of Tor

We had an absolutely incredible time at the chalet. It’s perfectly located inside a beautiful garden where you wake up to the sound of wildlife and peaceful running water. I feel truly rested, body and soul from staying there! The location is fantastic, right on the slope of Glastonbury tor, making it perfect for watching the sunset on the tor and then wandering back for a cozy evening. The chalet interior is very comfortable and well appointed and makes a really good use of the small space. Incredible views over the Somerset levels and a gorgeous outside area with cute wooden day bed right outside the door and seating area below. Pia was a very responsive host; proactive with sending detailed instructions on how to find and access the property, checked in over messages on the first morning to make sure everything was ok, and was very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again, no hesitation! A 10/10 property on all fronts for us!

The Avalon retreat was absolutely amazing, Amelia and John were great and very accommodating host, nothing was a problem. The room was so magical, and had everything we needed, so close to the centre, and about a 15 min walk to the tor, so good to watch the sunset, Glastonbury is the most amazing place, and the Avalon retreat just added to it, the Fairy garden was Beautiful aswell, was great to see the April pink full moon whilst sat in there at night time. Also Amelia and John set up a birthday surprise for my wife on arrival Flowers 🌺 cake 🎂 balloons 🎈 and banners They really did go above and beyond and we can’t wait to stay with them again

The Witches hut was beautiful both inside and out. We were very impressed with all the attention to detail inside and how absolutely everything you need was there and fitted perfectly into the space. Also the electric fire was a lovely touch and made it very warm indeed! Also super comfy and big bed, such a great sleep! The outside space is stunning and so peaceful. Penelope and Malcolm were great hosts with clear instructions on how to get there as well as lots of local recommendations. Both were very welcoming and hospitable on both check in and check out too! Thanks for a lovely stay, hopefully be back in the future. :)

A truly wonderful getaway! Jan and Dunc were amazing, really friendly and recommended all the local spots. Really responsive to messages and were happy to refill our BBQ coals when we changed our plans to staying in. It was so quiet, lots of places to sit and chill. The inside is cosy and all fires were built ready to go! The Hoot was an absolute Hoot!! We will definitely be coming back
