Lovely, airy and peaceful home close to many beaches and live music. Had every amenity we could want.

Krae’s place is a lovely cottage: it is a comfortable, beautiful place, right across the street from the ocean with beautiful vistas of the ocean along multiple windows. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxed pace and gorgeous starry nights. Krae was so easy to contact and was super responsive. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

This is truly a gem. It's a sweet little cottage that has a genuine cozy feel to it. It also felt very roomy and had a very inviting lived-in feel. It has everything you could EVER need and fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining a small family. Donna was a wonderful host and we fully intend to stay with her again next year!

My son was getting married at Giorgio’s (which Michele said it was 3 minutes away and it was) . Michele also answered all my questions and responded within minutes.. My aunt who lives in Brooklyn needed a place to stay with her dogs and Michele was very accommodating and my Aunt felt very comfortable in the cottage. It was exactly what we needed. Perfect host.

We had a lovely time and were very impressed with Gabrielle's response time when we had questions. I plan on returning next year!

Beautiful amenities and place to stay for the weekend. Had everything we needed as a group of four girls. Close to town and the beach, easy parking, comfy bed! We would love to stay again in the future.

Fantastic stay! Impeccably clean, extremely well appointed. Lucy was great to communicate with and left no detail unattended. Kitchen was well equipped, including creamer and pods for the Nespresso. Place was immaculate, beds were very comfortable and the white linens were bleach white. Nearby there is a very close 24/7 convenience store and a beautiful wooded walking/bike path. Neighborhood is clean quiet and safe. Plenty of street parking. Highly recommend this Airbnb. Only warning- if you have any mobility problems please check with the host first. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep and could potentially be problematic for the elderly, small children, or those with knee problems. My brother and I loved it and hope we can stay again on our next visit!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Emily’s place. It was full of character and had everything that we would need. The area is nice and quiet, away from any partying or crowds (but still an easy walk into town). We enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the wildlife. Emily was great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Denise, Rachel, and their beautiful bungalow paradise - they were so kind, so responsive and helpful, gave incredible local recommendations, it was heaven! The only downfall was that coming back to reality was so difficult after such a perfect stay, we didn’t want to leave!!! House and location is tranquil and private, clean and easy to navigate, every amenity you could want or need, few blocks walk to the beach, easy quick drive to both Asbury and Sandy Hook, I truly can’t recommend enough. Thank you Denise and Rachel so much for such an incredible stay and for making us feel right at home!

safe quiet neighborhood. heavy foot steps from the upstairs neighbor so maybe not the best place for noise sensitive people. far from the metro!

What a terrific house! Cozy furniture, and a great working kitchen. Huge fenced in backyard for our dog. The front porch was a highlight for watching the sunrise over the Niantic River, morning coffee and relaxing with a book. Warning … the shower will spoil you for life!

Cynthia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and helped right away find an item that was left behind and sent it to us at no cost! Loved the spacious rooms and location of the house. I will definitely recommend this property!
