Vacation rentals with beach access in Long Beach

Nice place...very cozy and comfortable. Perfect location.

Great location, steps from the convention center, and a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and the ocean. We parked when we arrived and did not drive again until we checked out. The bed was comfortable. There is no closet and no dresser, but there are lots of hooks to hang things on, but bring your own hangers. For a short stay, living out of suitcases is okay. The unit is dark. Eddie has addressed that with an extra floor lamp that can be moved around. There is no dishwasher, and guests are responsible for cleaning the dishes. Previous guests may have had a different standard of clean than I have. But, for the price and location, I can live with that.

Great walkable location, you will hear noise from the pool and street depending on your location. This is located in a timeshare property so expect to be asked to attend a presentation - we declined and weren’t bothered further. Rooms are nice, but tight for 8 people. There were bags of laundry and sheets piled in the room when we checked in, called the Front Desk and they sent someone to remove them quickly. Appreciate unit being stocked with pool towels. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the tubs/shower. Had a great stay.

Joan was a great host! Very informative and kind. Her home was accommodating, comfortable, and clean. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place- we would stay here again easily!

Very funky little apartment, but that's what we were expecting from the pictures and reviews, and it was great for a little spontaneous weekend getaway. We loved the empty stretch of beach nearby and how easy it was to drive into Westport to spend the day. And Jaenette's casino advice was totally spot on! :)

Rm 151 had a beautiful view as it was on the end! (I will say it kinda sucked getting woken up really early by the garbage truck that beeps as its backing up to the next door lot) but otherwise it was clean and well stocked

Incredible stay! We came to the beach for Thanksgiving & to clam. The house was amazing. Fully stocked! Games, tvs, extras of everything (towels, sheets, pillows) we felt very well taken care of. Lots of space & rooms were great. The location was amazing! We literally just walked to town every day! The beach is walking distance as well. The house was so clean. The use of the garage was so nice too. Made coming back from the beach super easy to kick everything off in the garage.

Absolutely perfect spot for a private relaxing vacation. Beach is a stones throw away. Loved sitting in the hot tub at night. Hearing the ocean and staring at the stars. Roy was a great host. Gave perfect directions. Checked in on us and was very responsive. House was a great comfortable place to feel right at home in. Couldn’t ask for more.

I cannot say enough good things about staying at Jacqulyn's place! We had such a relaxing time. All the furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and appliances, very clean and inviting space. The walk to the beach is stunning in the morning and evening with the sunlight hitting the grasslands. The beach itself is very secluded. Like previous reviews have mentioned, I saw very few people on the beach. There were a few cars driving on it but most were very respectful and drove slowly with their headlights on. Jacqulyn herself was very communicative and wonderful to work with. Overall, I will definitely being staying here again.

We thought we couldn't fall more in love with Westport, but the Hobbit House proved us wrong! Awesome amenities, ideal private location right by the beach and a short drive to the marina. Maggie was a fantastic host, was extremely knowledgeable about local spots, and the home is clearly very loved. Not to mention - our dogs were in heaven with the fenced in yard! This place can't be beat, and we're excited to return!

This was a wonderful experience! I decided at the last minute not to bring my dogs, and when I let Kristin know she refunded the additional cost for them, which I wasn't expecting! I would definitely stay here again!

Leanna's home is superb! Unreal view of the ocean/beach, beyond quiet and peaceful. My wife and I loved the home!! It's literally that cozy looking beach house you'd see in movies. Just phenomenal!! I HIGHLY recommend Leanna's home as your choice when staying in the OS, OC, Moclips area!!! You will not regret your choice.

I travel a lot for work throughout Washington state and this was one of my favorite places I've stayed. The location is hard to beat with only a couple minute walk to the beach. Despite staying in December we lucked out with a sunny couple of days and it was awesome to be able to hear the crashing waves from the patio. The kitchen may have been one of the best stocked kitchens I've stayed in recently. The bedrooms were beautiful (decorations were great) and it was nice to be a short distance away from the hot tub (even if the hot tub itself could have been a bit warmer--it was probably 99ºF or so). The only small complaint was the place was extremely warm when we walked in (and even a bit humid). We set the thermostat in the mid 60s and the heat still tried to roast us so we ended up basically turning it off which ended up being the perfect temperature. Otherwise, this is a great location and I'd happily stay again.

This is a lovely, well appointed condo right next to the beach ocean. Unfortunately, we weren’t there when we could take advantage of the complex amenities like pool and jacuzzi but she had loads of games and a huge TV with Roku in the living room and comfy chairs in both the bedrooms so you could easily curl up and read a book. We lucked out and had great weather despite being the last weekend in November so we enjoyed beautiful sunsets as we walked along the beach on the nicely paved path that leads all the way into town - though we weren’t quite that energetic! We would highly recommend staying here.

This little jewel is in the perfect spot. Right next to the beach walk and in close walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The room is decorated in a cute cheery decor that just makes you feel happy! It's perfect for a couples getaway. The host has put a lot of thought into what one might need while away from home. We really appreciated all of the special extras that were provided for our enjoyment ❤️ The little deers that came by for apples were so adorable. I would love to come back and stay again. I highly recommend.

The room was perfect. Clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I definitely had was was needed for a weekend stay. I would definitely stay here again next time I head to Seaside.

Overall an awesome beach retreat. Super clean. Very proactive hosts that kept in touch to ensure a good experience. Bed was softer than we like but was very clean with lots of pillows. New(ish) appliances. Two bathrooms was nice. Full size kitchen table allowed for roomy board game activities. Chairs indoors and outdoors for watching the sunset. Location is ideal for walking to some of the best restaurants in Seaside.

Thuy was responsive and understanding. We requested to add a day to our stay and he was very accommodating. After traveling for several days it was nice to have a nice place to rest and regroup. The unit was comfortable and was a great layout for two couples. The kitchen had all that we needed and the bathrooms were very nice.
