Great place to stay! Would stay here again. Elevator was appreciated since we travel with seniors and also made the “move in/move out” process easier. Pat was able to accommodate our check in/check out needs as well which was a big plus. Thank you!

This house was everything we expected and more. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the canal. It was easy to walk to the beach and the local Acme, which was very convenient! John was a great host and very responsive. We hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future!

This beautiful home looks just like the pictures. It is within walking distance to the beach. Our favorite part of the home was the wrap around porch with the retractable screen gates, so our fur baby got to enjoy the views as well. Home is just as listed, clean and newly remodeled everything that you need is there except for your sheets and towels. We come to Point Pleasant yearly and have definitely found our new spot. It is in an ideal location close to the town staples Spano’s, Joe Leone’s, and of course Arnold Ave. Tina is very responsive and helpful! Definitely give this place a try!

I had a long weekend with family . Such a great location! Close to restaurants, the beach and attractions. Everyone lived the house. Thomas and Michelle were so friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were a nice size, living room too. Everything was clean and up to date. Would gladly come back!

Friendly/accommodating hosts, spacious for our group of 12 (3 kids). Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Area felt safe as well as the boardwalk. The basement ventilation sounds were occasionally noisy when sitting in the backyard. The house was nicely remodeled, 2 1/2 bathrooms, layout of bedrooms worked very well for our group of 12. The single beds were great for the younger kids. All in all we had a nice time here.

Kitty’s place was great for our one night stay. We came in winter and didn’t need to walk anywhere but there are at least restaurants within a couple minutes drive. The two bedrooms were comfortable. I will say that with it being such a small place, I would have expected the kitchen floor to be clean. The dishwasher water spilled out and I wiped it up upon arrival with a paper towel and the floor was very dirty. Also worth mentioning, the third bedroom with the trundle bed doesn’t appear to have heat or air and is on what seems to have been a porch prior, so likely only usable during spring and maybe early fall. We enjoyed the stay for our one night. Kitty was very pleasant and responsive and the neighborhood was quiet.

My family and I spent Thanksgiving at Igor’s home. We loved the amount of space, bedrooms and bathrooms we had. We also were close to casinos, the outlet and more. Would recommend the house to anyone! Thank you Igor!

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

This place is one of the best houses I’ve stayed in at the Jersey shore. The location is perfect, corner lot with views of the bay from the family room. The backyard was a getaway in itself, the in-ground pool and hot tube were a pleasure. Literally a five minute drive to the beach. Super cozy and comfortable, just an all around wonderful vacation for our family. Karla was very responsive to my messages, even while out of town on business she made sure to get right back to me when I had a question. My family and I will absolutely be back next summer.

Jeff and I and our dog Gigi absolutely love staying at Kristie‘s place. Everything was close by the beach the pool the neighborhood was quiet just what we were looking for the view was absolutely gorgeous. Waking up to the Waterview every morning was awesome. A great place to bring your dog because it is hard to find a place to bring your dog these days, I highly recommend anybody wants to stay at her place you there you may never want to leave. We didn’t want to leave.

We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and both bathrooms with tub and shower options were fantastic. The house was clean and had the basic necessities you needed. The location was so convenient. We were only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. Around the corner is a convenience store and a few blocks down is a breakfast place. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay because we mostly hung out at the beach but it looked nice and clean! Also parking space for two cars was really helpful so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Kishore is very nice. He reached out to us before checking in to let us know the weather condition and that we can check in early. He is very responsive whenever I had a question. We’d highly recommend staying here!

We had 4 couples along with a single guest in this beautiful house and had more than enough space. The pools were clean and big enough to cool us down. The shared courtyard had several clean gas grills, tons of seating and fun outdoor games. Clean bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms along with 2 spacious decks made Bahama Breeze a house we all hope to visit every year! It is an easy walk to the beach & boardwalk with a lot of places nearby to grab a meal and/or drinks. Having an Acme within a 5 minute drive, cooking at the house was also a great option.

Beautiful home,Better than described, super clean. I highly recommend! We rented the house for week to attend a wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased, from the boat slips/ docks for my jetskis, sea kayaks to the heated pool , all great features! Those were just a few things to mention, the entire home and property are drop dead gorgeous and well kept, every little thing you can think of was provided, these people go above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family members.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and made a ton of memories that we will cherish forever. The host was amazing!! The house was clean and we felt right at home. We loved having the pool and the option for outside dining. Already working on planning our stay for next year!

We all enjoyed our stay here. The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. it is beautifully decorated and kept in pristine condition. Definitely a great place to spend time with friends and family.

Merle was a life saver! We were in the process of moving, but needed a place to stay as we could not move into our house yet. He lined up the booking with less than 24 hrs notice and even let us check in early. When we needed to extend our stay, he was right on it! He was super responsive every time I messaged him. The house was immaculate! We may plan a “staycation” in the summer to take advantage of the summertime amenities. It was a peaceful and beautiful setting on the lagoon!

In all of the places we have stayed, Michael's by far was the best. Not only was it worth the money, it exceeded our expectations. We have already looked into staying at his place again for years to come. I can't recommend this place any more. You will not be disappointed!

We loved our stay at Sky's home. Sky is an amazing host and made sure our stay was very comfortable and that we felt right at home. Very family friendly home and neighborhood and super close to beach access. We stayed here with our family for the Atlantic City Marathon race and it was the perfect home to come back to after a long day of exercise and relax at in a peaceful quiet beach neighborhood. Definitely would book again.

Steve was an excellent host- responsive and friendly. The place was amazing with a fabulous kitchen with all we needed and more to cook for our group of 8. Highly recommend this place.

Cindy's place was just what we needed. It was in a great location. It was clean, comfortable and Cindy was very accommodating, friendly and it felt like a home away from home.

Ari was a great host, from beginning to end. His house was even better than described and very comfortable. It was extremely clean, and had everything that I needed. Check in was super easy, and any question that I could think of was answered in the information provided by the host prior to my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Nice traditional beach house with very responsive hosts! Lee Ann and Rich were so kind and helped us any time we reached out. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location to beach, just be mindful that the area can flood during certain times of year - the hosts are great about communicating this though. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I had a great weekend at John’s! We brought our two dogs and the home was so perfect with dog toys, dog bowls, and fenced in backyard. The home is super close to restaurants and Bay Village. We would definitely return!
