Beach house vacation rentals in Long Beach Island

We had a wonderful time at Coastal Soul! Our girls loved going to the beach and our pup enjoyed her stay! Beautiful property! Hosts were wonderful! Highly recommend!

Brooke was excellent. This was our first Airbnb experience and it worked beautifully. Complete instructions sent by Brooke were so very helpful. The house has beautiful views and was equipped with the best you could ask for. The Beach House is situated directly on the beach. Views afforded are spectacular. Our visit was in December so we didn’t use any outdoor equipment provided, but it’s a great place to enjoy a stroll at the shore. This is a top of the line accommodation with a gracious and responsive host.

Stunning AC home with fantastic amenities! The location was ideal, right on the boardwalk - not far at all from all the best spots. The house has a kegerator (just make sure to bring extra CO2 if you're bringing kegs), great kitchen, dining room, hot-tub, grill, awesome backyard and seating/sleeping arrangements. We had a wonderful time at this cottage. The fact that we were a block and a half walk away from a beautiful and quiet beach was wonderful. But what sealed it was that Ted had every beach amenity we needed—chairs, towels, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards. It made the trip so easy. Ted was so welcoming and responsive. The location is on a busy road which you can hear from the porch but it didn’t seem to bother my family. It was a great place and kitchen and bathrooms plus outdoor shower were all a hit. Thank you!

Glenn’s place is so beautiful and comfortable. We felt comfortable and at home. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and clean. Glenn was easy to reach and pleasant to talk to - very helpful as well. He sent us a welcome breakfast of donuts that was so kind. I would highly recommend Glenn’s place and would love to go back. The only drawback for us is there’s no elevator and it’s a three story home.

We had the perfect getaway. This house is adorable. The location is fantastic. Jimmy could not have been a more gracious host! It was lovely waking up to watch a sunrise, and enjoying our coffee while sticking our toes in the sand. In the evening, we watched the sunset and the moon rise right over the horizon. We even saw a shooting star! This was truly a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend at the beach. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything, Jimmy!

We stayed at the house in AUG 2024. There were eleven of us, 6 adults and 5 children. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The house was laid out nice, very close to the beach and some local stores. Jessica was great from the booking process, right through the entire vacation. She responded very quickly and gave us advice and pointed out some of the local things to do. We really can't say enough good things about the house or Jessica. We would definitely stay here again. Timothy's place was perfect for our group! Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, pristine kitchen with everything you may need, and even local food recommendations. We were visiting from out of town for a wedding at Bonnet Island Estate, and Timothy's place was much more affordable and comfortable than the nearby hotels. Will definitely book with Timothy again if we are in the area!

Beautiful home,Better than described, super clean. I highly recommend! We rented the house for week to attend a wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased, from the boat slips/ docks for my jetskis, sea kayaks to the heated pool , all great features! Those were just a few things to mention, the entire home and property are drop dead gorgeous and well kept, every little thing you can think of was provided, these people go above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family members.

We were excited to spend a weekend celebrating my MIL'S 90th bday with an assortment of siblings, , spouses, adult grandchildren and guests. The home had everything we needed, including great photo-op spots! The kitchen was fully stocked, each bedroom had plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows, mattresses were comfy, and bathrooms were spotless. Brian kept in touch for days prior to our arrival to make sure we were set, made sure to get us the house policies and see if we had any questions. Extremely responsive! The house checked all of our boxes, plus!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and made a ton of memories that we will cherish forever. The host was amazing!! The house was clean and we felt right at home. We loved having the pool and the option for outside dining. Already working on planning our stay for next year!

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.

The location and the home was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen had everthing we needed for our stay. The elevator is an extra plus if stairs are an issue. Loved that it was a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Lots Of great restaurants nearby. We would stay again. The Reed's Wilmington. NC Origionally Point Pleasant, NJ

This was our second stay at The Hideaway. Once again, it has totally exceeded our expectations. We will be back !!!

This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

We had a really nice time! Place was very clean, well stocked & spacious w great areas to eat, sleep, play games & have morning coffee & catch up on the news! Lots of windows w great views! Beautiful area. Angel was great as well & checked in to make sure we got in & everything was ok.

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

This is the 4th year we’ve stayed here. The house is just perfect for us. It is comfortable, clean, close to the beach. We love the porch; it is where we eat our meals. Both Ben and Ken are so responsive to any questions we may have. We are already looking forward to booking this house again for next year.

We are so thankful to have stayed at this beautiful waterfront house. The host thought of anything and everything that would be needed for our stay and went above and beyond to take excellent care of us. I would highly recommend staying at this location, or any of our hosts other locations. We can’t wait to come back and are looking forward to our next vacation at the Mermaid House.
