Thanks to Jeanne and Jim, we had an amazing stay in OC. They welcomed us into their beautiful home for the perfect beach weekend. We appreciated the clean and functional interior. We were thrilled to enjoy the back deck leading to the beach. Everything about the place was ideal for our plans. I recently stayed at Michael and Paul's Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience. Having visited Seaside Heights for 28 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. Despite some previous negative reviews, I found them to be exceptional hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Their property manager, Carl, was also outstanding ⁹he provided helpful information and even notified us when beach flags were up to indicate no swimming. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Franklin was super easy to work with, always got back to me quickly, and the place was spotless and awesome. I'd totally recommend it.

Very nice home right about 2 blocks from the beach. Dean was always very responsive. Easy to get in and out of the home and within walking distance to pretty much everything you could need.

Lisa was great. Her beach cottage was exactly as she described. It is cozy and in a great location. The wifi was very fast (350 download/20 up)! I was able to sign into my Hulu account on the two TVs. The kitchen is too small to do anything beyond basic cooking, but who goes to the beach to cook when there are so many restaurants around?

Bryana's seaside heights was exactly what our family was looking for. There were plenty of sleeping options, a great kitchen, and enough common areas to gather for meals and spread out when needed. The bathrooms were updated, and the bedrooms were well-designed. The kids loved the pinball, foosball, and arcade games, and I loved the well-stocked kitchen. There was easy access to Toms River, a half-mile walk to the boardwalk, and plenty of shopping and grocery options around. We would definitely rent again.

We had a great time at the house. It had lots of things for our kids to entertain themselves with after a long day at the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. This home worked out nicely for a long weekend gathering of 8 life-long friends. It’s located in a very walkable area with easy access to the beach, bay, restaurants and bars, as well as Margate’s shopping area. The house was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable with 4 en-suite bathrooms plus a powder room on the main floor. The photos accurately represented the home. All of my communication with Cole was very responsive, helpful, proactive, and clear. I’d highly recommend this property!

Cindy’s home was absolutely perfect in every way! From the moment we arrived we felt right at home with all the fabulous amenities, ample space, great communication and overall amazing experience. I wish we could keep this gem a secret! The location was ideal for our multigenerational annual family trip. We had kids from 1-7 and adults of all ages. The beach and boardwalk were easily accessible for beautiful and rainy days alike. We can’t wait to go back! If you are considering this property do yourself a favor and book now!

David’s listing was better than expected and nicer than the photos. One of the nicest airbnbs we’ve stayed it. Had everything we needed, just steps to the beach and restaurants. Will book again!

Andrew was extremely responsive! The place was extremely clean and well laid out. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. There was a tenant upstairs that we could hear walking around at night but overall was quiet. My only recommendation was the door of the bedroom with the bunk beds was extremely squeaky. I had my 8 month old with me and it was tricky not waking her up from naps and at night going in and out of the room. For most people this would not be a problem but definitely an easy fix that I’m sure they will be proactive in fixing. I travel to Atlantic city for work once a year and I would definitely stay here again! Loved the laundry in the main area. Very cute place!

1st week of December 2024. Very cozy! the furniture and the beds were very comfortable, we had everything we needed from laundry to cooking, and toiletries. with Rachel's instructions and quick responses, it made it that much easier. It was very private and quite, It was in December. I was down there for fishing, my wife came along for the peace and quite, we have been going to LBI for 20 years and love it! this was our first Airbnb Rachel is a great host. thanks so much.

Super clean, nice layout and well maintained. Walkable to beach and food in the area. Sofa bed not very comfortable for an adult but it worked.

The Condo was great, clean and comfortable. IT was also locally set to be right in the middle of Seaside, Toms River, Lavellette and all the action while being quiet and relaxing. Angie was great to work with. I would definitely suggest booking this location.

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.
