Monthly Rentals in Long Bay

We loved the apartment. It truly exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s well furnished with very attractive furniture that is actually comfortable!!!! There are many beautiful places out there but some of them have no where really comfortable to sit! Jon’s place is comfortable in every aspect. And the beach chairs, coolers and umbrella are a big plus. We never thought of turning on the TV because the view was so amazing. It is also well supplied with books and games. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped of all the places we have stayed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was more than adequate. The fans throughout and the air conditioner in the dining room kept the whole apartment very cool and we wound up turning them down for the night and off in the morning. You can very easily walk to Long Bay or Smugglers beach though Smugglers is a longer walk. The pool is lovely as well. We will return! And Jon was a very pleasant host.

We absolutely enjoyed our wonderful stay at Mark's home. The setting was picture postcard worthy. Mark provided very clear instructions on how to find the home, given the challenges of Tortola's windy mountain roads. There were very clear instructions on how things worked in the home and many good suggestions on places to go and things to do. We especially enjoyed walking over to Smuggler Cove and spending time on that beach. The home was well appointed. We especially appreciated the kitchen with a good compliment of dishes, glasses and cookware. Mark and Dorsey responded very quickly to several questions we posed, and we found that very helpful. We highly recommend Mark and Dorsey's home and would definitely stay there again!

Michael’s Blue Tortu home is KILLER GEORGEOUS and his ready assistant Mr Mackie is very friendly and helpful. The view from almost every part of the house and poolside is like a postcard - lovely view of the ocean far below and of the neighboring islands and Jost VanDyke. The photos don’t do it justice. The house is really clean and very well maintained, and the pool and patios are the same. Kitchen had everything we needed. The drive up to the house is about four or five minutes and not for the faint of heart, but after a few trips my wife finally opened her eyes…but you can’t get the view without the climb, so put on some George Thorogood , crank it up, and thank Mr Mackie for the four wheel drive. Part of the adventure. I’m sure Michael is very proud of his property as he should be - it’s absolutely stunning, is very cool architecturally, and really well maintained. You will not forget this home - we sure never will! Thanks for making it available Michael! Worth every penny!
