The place seemed ideal for a few nights. The stay is small but both the room and the toilet are very spacious and spacious. It was very clean everything. Magdalena made it very easy for us to arrive with directions and recommendations. We would definitely recommend the stay.

Lidia is a very responsive and flexible host and always on hand if needed and checks in regularly to make sure everything is ok. The apartment is well cleaned and convenient for all that Puerto Rico has to offer. I enjoyed my stay and if I get chance I would stay again.

The apartment is small, but has everything you need. It is very clean and has an amazing view over the water and sunset. The apartment is centrally located in Patalavaca which has a small beach and boulevard. It is very easy to get on the highway or on the local roads to drive around the island. Would recommend for a couple or two close friends.

The welcome at the property was very friendly, communication before and during the visit went very well too! The apartment was clean and just the right size for us. 2 adults and 1 child fit well in the apartment and there was enough closet space. The sun shines from morning to late afternoon right on the balcony with stunning views. The pool area is peaceful, with free sun loungers and umbrellas always available. I think the apartment also has a very good location if you have a car available. There were plenty of parking spaces near the apartment. Checkout was also flexible, and that was also a big plus. Small minus the pillows that had crashed.

Very nice and spacious accommodation. Modern, clean and with tasteful furnishings, both indoors and outdoors. Quiet area with a few minute walk to the beach. Nice neighbors who made us feel welcome, were extra good. Jesus was always on hand when we had some thought. He also met us when we checked in. The apartment is located in a very nice, quiet residential complex. The apartment is modern and very well maintained,it has a spacious private balcony with great views of the sea, mountains and picturesque Puerto Rico. Check in was very easy, Janka welcomed us and showed us around the apartment which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities, it has good sized modern bathroom with a great shower and nice decor throughout. we will be back in the future. It was wonderful to stay at this place. All we needed was available. And a nice and proactive host. We loved the bed and of course the jacuzzi on the terras. We enjoyed it. Especially in the dark of the evenings. Thank you so much for all the good things and the service. We would defenitely come back here.

We were there for a week and felt at home. The decor was modern and chic and everything was clean. On the terrace we could relax and have breakfast and enjoy the surroundings. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet and invite you to hike and explore. Daniel was very nice and helpful, responded quickly and gave us tips. 6 out of 5 stars 😁☀️

David is a very kind host and we felt at home from the very first minute. The appartment has everything you need. We were there for cycling and cooked at the house several times. A supermarket is in walking distance and all the essentials for cooking are there. To check in, David met us in person, gave a tour of the appartment and showed us around. He went the extra mile and even picked us up from the bus stop when we arrived and helped us with recommendations for local bars and food and helped us get a taxi back to the airport. I can't wait to come back and book this appartment again.

This is a classic Spanish bungalow. It is located close to the Yumbo and restaurants in the area. There is a grocery store very close by, which is very convenient. The airport bus stops right outside. The bungalow has a large, beautiful private garden. There is also a barbecue, which we used several times. There was no noise or problems. We stayed in the bungalow for 32 days, and had a very nice time there. Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles is a gem on Gran Canaria. So much fun to do. The bed was a bit hard though. Some people like it, others don't.

I think the Agaete Valley is one of the most stunning areas on Gran Canaria, and Ruben's house is right in the middle of it. The views are wonderful. There are lovely hikes from right out the door. The house is spotless and super-well equipped, with a great kitchen and a washing machine - so nice not to have to find a laundromat. The upstairs patio is awesome and my husband spent most afternoons up there. The town and church next door can be lively, with bells from 8am to 8pm, but nights were peaceful. I never got to meet Ruben, but he was super-quick to respond when I had a question or small issue. Thank you!

Great welcome from the hosts with a nice surprise of a bowl of fruit to help us settle in. The house was spotlessly clean including the outside area. Plenty of parking nearby and a shop opposite to get your daily needs.

We spent 3 weeks in this lovely bungalow of Marco and Carlos. It is very well equipped, with, among other things, an oven and dishwasher. The bed was very good with lovely linens. The garden was completely private and with no view with amazing sun every hour of the day. Locked in private parking area. Great pools, a small pool bar serving some food and a small supermarket. Walking distance to Citacenter, Yumbosenter and many great restaurants. And if you want to go a little further, San Fernando is also inside row with its small cozy pedestrian street. Can you feel better? We recommend this residence 100% and would gladly came back again.

The place is very comfortably equipped: especially the electrically adjustable chairs are amazing! Likewise, everything is very lovingly and stylishly furnished! In the evenings you can enjoy sunsets from the living area! Beaches, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance! Zen is a very great host! :) Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We were warmly welcomed by Alex and Alexsandra to a spotlessly clean apartment that had obviously been recently renovated. The bathroom is beautiful with a great shower and more than enough hot water for two of us to get ready in the evening. There is a small kitchen with everything we needed to make light meals during our stay. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The main area has a nice sofa that I was able to take naps on during the day, there is stable high speed wifi and a large smart TV. The beds were very comfortable and we both had undisturbed sleep each night. The apartment is in a great location right accross the road from the Yumbo, but even though it is so close, we didn't hear any of the noise that we were expecting. Alex is so kind and really wants to make everything even more perfect than it already is, a great host who makes you feel like an old friend. Overall, a fantastic apartment in a great location with a super host. We will definitely return.

77 days in this apartment that had everything we wanted for a large cozy patio with sunlight from morning to night also nicely furnished. The apartment was high up steep hills and many stairs with wonderful views you have access to a car or taxi ( good prices) so it is easier to get down to beaches and other things but also works well to walk. Quiet location and nice pool area. Nothing was missing in the apartment and it was clean and cozy and felt very safe when it could be alarmed, AC worked well and its own washing machine was also available.. Antonia and Jorge were super nice responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful .. We are so happy that we rented this apartment and got to know these people.. would love to come back here …

I've been to Eugenio's apartment before. The bathroom has been renovated and in the living room there are two new tables. Just under 10 minutes to the beach. The bus station around the corner. A small supermarket is opposite. Only 5 minutes to Kasbah. Overall a quiet and well-maintained facility.

Great place. The complex itself is awesome, a lot of apartment buildings on a hill, connected by elevators. Mangificient views. Table tennis courts, tennis court and outdoor gym. Two restaurants. Many pools. The heated pool was not heated on the day we tried it, so we missed it.. the pool bar restaurant is great, don't miss it. Minimarket and the lobby were closed on Sunday. There seems to be a hairdresser on site. The apartment is of high standard and it was super clean, we felt very comfortable. The terrace has a sun protection and comfortable furniture. We traveled with 7 months old baby, we just kept the stroller in the car (there are 2 floors of stairs to the apartment). There's maybe 300m of steep hill to the place, doable with a stroller, has a pavement. Parking on the street. The Amadores beach is protected from the wind and waves, had a truly summer feel in February, reachable in 5 mins by car. It was a great stay thank you!
