Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Loíza

We enjoyed our stay at Blessed BnB. Tony was our host during the stay and he responded in accurate time to questions or concerns. The home is beautiful, clean and well kept. I love that it’s so close to Old San Juan to enjoy the tours, night life and shopping yet located in a quiet area to rest after a long day. I will certainly stay again when I visit San Juan.

Steven was super responsive and friendly no matter what questions I asked! I got a little lost at first finding the site but that was due to us using our phone maps Versus Google maps or ways once he told us that we got there easy ! House was nice and spacious they even had a pack and play for my little one that was great! I would recommend again! Thank you!

We loved the place the moment we walked in—it truly felt like home and had everything we needed! The space was beautifully decorated and stylish. There’s a lovely beach just a minute’s walk from the house, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having blinds on the windows for added privacy. Jonathan was very responsive and kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out. Our son even said, “I wish all Airbnbs were like this one!” Thank you for the thoughtful “Pina Colada” touch—it was such a nice surprise. Highly recommended!

This place matched the description. Very clean. Pool area clean and safe for kids, we bring two 4 years old and they enjoy it a lot. They got coolers, beach chairs and a umbrella that way as a guest you can save money when going to visit some places since you have to rent all that. Parking is very important in PR in this AirBNB this is not a problem: Private garage with two spots and if you have more than two cars they can park outside the home without any problems. I would rent this place again👊🏼🇵🇷

Had a great stay, Loved the backyard and pool!

The house is in a private community and very close to many restaurants and stores and the airport. We only stayed one night, so didn’t need many of the amenities, but for people who are staying longer I would definitely recommend.

I have really enjoyed staying in Emily’s place, she is a very friendly host, helping us a lot with our travel. The rooms are very clean and location is good to go to Yunque and some nice beaches within 20 minutes drive. If I have chance to travel to Puerto Rico again in the future, I will definitely come back to her house for my stay!

Very nice home, perfect for couples, convenient as it was close to a lot of different places we were visiting. Definitely would recommend staying here.

It’s was exactly as advertised and only had loud neighbors for 2 days but the rest of the staywas perfect. The location is a bit outside of being in a nice “neighborhood” but once inside it’s beautiful and worth the stay and would definitely come back 10/10

Roy was the BEST host yet. quick response, and very accommodating. anything I had a question about or needed, he was more than on top of things. I highly recommend staying here. Puerto Rico is a azing and Roy made it 10x better.

Close the the beach and great amenities. Very communicative and great directions

The place was in close proximity to the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby, it’s in a neighborhood so it’s pretty quiet. We loved the balcony and stayed there most of the time. It’s nice that they let you borrow foldable chairs and beach blanket to bring to the beach! It’s a perfect stay if you’re looking for one close to airport. And Angel is a great host too!

I came to this place for recommendation and the truth is that it is my turn to recommend it, Hector as host is very good.. The place has a lot to make you feel more comfortable than you expect, it has extra towels for the beach, beach chairs, cooler to take your snacks as well as extra toilet paper! I'll be back!

Just stayed here on my recent trip to Puerto Rico! And I have to say I really enjoyed the stay. The home was clean, the AC was amazing, and they provided towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sunscreen, and mosquito repellents! We also appreciated the waters that were in the fridge as well. You do hear airplanes taking off late at night and early in the morning, but I did not mind it one bit. I definitely recommend this space to anyone!

Lovely home!

We enjoyed this stay. It has what we needed and was pretty spacious. Comfortable accommodate 8. The amenities were very good. We ran into a flood issue outside of the complex due to extreme rain so it was a little hard to get in, but that's not a common occurrence. I will definitely be booking this place again. close to Pinones and Luquillo Beach. We enjoyed they stay!

Javier is an awesome host! Very helpful and friendly and super responsive. The condo is clean and well appointed, and from the back deck you feel like you are in the middle of your own jungle paradise! The coqui frogs provide a lovely symphony every night, too! We will be back!

It was a pleasant stay. Very close to the beach. The lazy river is right under the balcony.

Great place to stay while in Puerto Rico. The Beach is so close to the Airbnb. Nice lady.

Priceless ocean view! You can sit on patio and watch the waves crash all morning. Or get up early for a memorable local excursion. (Fishing, rainforest hike, snorkeling, etc). Located halfway between San Juan and Fajardo. Amenities made our stay better than any hotel. Evelyn is a great host, checking in on us to make sure check in went smooth. Easy instructions. Local traffic is hectic but you get used to it. Watch for potholes, speed bumps, motorcycles and horses!! Gated property is safe and very well kept for guests. Pools are relaxing. So many options. We would definitely try to stay in Aquatika again.

Very good value for the cost. The resort is a little dated, but lots of pools, beach, etc for the whole family. Parking was easy and secure. The host was very responsive and as helpful as one could be during an island wide power outage.

We rented 2 condos for 13 guests- 10 adults, 2 children, & 1 baby. The condo is exactly as the description & photos. The pools, lazy river, lounge area, basketball court, putt putt course, tennis court & beach make the property perfect for everyone! One of our favorite restaurants, El Parilla was a short walk away. The location makes it nice & easy to venture in all directions- we visited Carolina, old San Juan, Loiza, El Yunque, one of the 3 bio bays, & a catamaran day trip to snorkel. All of our outings were within a 45 min drive from the condo & the grocery was a short 15 min trip. Our family highly recommends this condo & this complex for a very relaxing vacation… if you don’t want to explore- pack your swimsuit, sunscreen, & sunglasses. Stop @ the grocery for food that you can prepare @ the condo or grab a bag of charcoal to be used @ one of the property grills & enjoy a bbq
