Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Loíza

The apartment is wonderful, it has everything you need and is extremely well cared for. There are games and beach toys, great for families. Pools are wonderful, beach on the property is not for swimming. The place is spotless, they even have a bin of extra sunscreen and bug spray in case you forget yours. The kitchen has all the supplies, utensils, small appliances, etc that you could ever need. The community directly outside the resort is not awesome, little to do and not well maintained. But if you are using this condo as a touchdown location to explore the island and head into San Juan, it’s perfect. Highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at this specific Airbnb penthouse apartment. I love it here! so relaxing and private. The host was on vacation during my stay but left her husband's contact information. He was very helpful and professional. They both respond quickly to messages sent through the app. this is a family friendly place as well as a romantic place for couples. I will definitely be back next year! Thank you William and Briseida, we had an amazing time!

We LOVED this place. There must be 10 pools on the grounds, great for kids and adults alike. Looking forward to a return visit for sure!

Genuinely a taste of Puerto Rico in itself. In my opinion you can’t but help love her place. It was quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to go out in the balcony and relax at night with the breeze hitting your face while listening the Coqui’s chirping. I highly recommend her to host and I would love to come back if she is willing to have me and my family come back.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Shawn’s place had everything needed and wanted., right down to shampoo and conditioner if u forgot yours. He was very nice and recommended places to go and eat. Will definitely come back to his place in the future. I got up and walked the neighborhood every morning (outside the gates) for my cardio and used the weight room. Great place.

It was a perfect weekend for the family and Karem is an excellent host. 🙏🏼

If you’re looking to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet - look no further!! Private entrance to a BEAUTIFUL BEACH (walkable), pool, and hot tub! What else do you need?!!

We had a a really nice time at this Airbnb. I wish we could have stayed longer. Gregorio was extremely communicative and helpful with any minor issues we had. The place was very cute, clean, and comfortable. The bed is very firm but was actually quite comfy as well. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thanks so much!

We stay in Loiza about 3 times a year. We are familiar with Villas Del Mar! This stay was great! One of the pools was available and we sure enjoyed it. The beach is private but storms have affected the area but Loiza is just beautiful and there is plenty to do! Close to everything. We would definitely stay at his place again!

Great place to stay while in Puerto Rico. The Beach is so close to the Airbnb. Nice lady.

Working with Felix was great he was super responsive and helpful. We had an incident where one of the AC units was not working and he had someone replace it the same day. He was so flexible with us on our departure day because our flight kept getting delayed. Traveling with two little kids that made all the difference otherwise we would had to wait it out at the airport which would have been a nightmare. Thank you so much!!!!

Place was in a gated apartment complex. Pool and beach access very nice. Clean

This place was amazing. We felt so comfortable at times we didn’t want to venture out into the city. Alex was so helpful with recommendations for all we needed and when we needed help starting the grill they were available. Highly recommend!!!

The house is very nice. Plenty of space and natural light. The private heated pool in the back is small but for us, it was the perfect size. The house is the downstairs unit in a two story duplex, but we never heard the upstairs neighbors at all, even though there was a decent sized group up there during our stay. Lots of AC in every room. We always were able to stay cool. There’s also a little space in the garage where my wife and I did workouts. Finding the house was tricky the first night because it was dark. If you arrive after 7, you have to tell the security guard your name and where you’re staying. But once we figured it out, it was not a problem at all. The area is nice. Lots of restaurants, groceries and shops that are within walking distance. The biggest plus is that it’s a two minute walk to a great beach. When we came back, there is an outdoor shower by the front door to wash off our feet and messy. Definitely would stay here again.

This Airbnb is truly worth 5 stars! My personal favorite of any property I've ever stayed at. The incredibly thoughtful welcome basket could rival any hotel's - I won't spoil the surprises but you'll be amazed. Hosts friendly and responsive. Pool is absolutely gorgeous, I miss it already. I hope to stay here again because it's a magical space.

The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, just a short walk from the beach. The washer and dryer came in handy. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of fresh eggs from the backyard chickens. The friendly cats added charm. Having a secure parking space is great. The host was communicative and ensured everything ran smoothly, while the ACs kept the rooms cool and comfortable throughout our stay.

great place to stay and you can't beat the price as well which you get a lot for your money because it can hold over 8 people so if you come to Puerto Rico check it out and it's about 20 minutes from San Juan too

We had a great stay at this airbnb ! We had a group of 13 people and there was enough space in the bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us ! The host was very responsive for any questions or issues we had, and the backup generator came in handy when san juan lost power during our stay. They were very accommodating with our check-in since most of our flights landed earlier than scheduled and the property was just a short walk to the beach. 10/10 would recommend this for any large groups looking to stay near the beach and san juan.
