Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Locos Beach

The apartment was really clean and cozy. It was easy to get from the apartment to the beach, Habaneraas, and downtown. Communication went well, and the owner provided us with a new toaster and vacuum cleaner when the old ones didn't work. The only thing we missed was the storage space. We stayed in the apartment for a month and would have liked more empty cabinets for things.

We decided to book this apartment on the day of travelling to Los Alcazarez, Wednesday 9th April.The hosts immediately made contact and within an hour check in and ID verification was sorted. This was followed by messages telling us where the apartment was located and how to enter. The apartment was at the heart of the centre with numerous restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The hosts sent a message to ask if we had gained access and if everything was ok. Their response to messages was second to none. The apartment is very clean, modern and was as described. The price paid for two nights was impressive. Overall a fantastic experience, made even more special by the exceptional hosts. We will definitely book again or other properties they host. Thank you

The apartment is as described. The area is great because you can reach many beaches. We arrived late and their parents gave us the keys. They are very kind. I recommend this apartment. To do the shopping you have Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi and 2 Chinese shops if you are missing something for the beach.

Better than we expected. The apartment was very clean, had everything you needed, a good location, the host was very friendly, very good communication. Everything was perfect. And best of all, the fantastic ocean view. Thank you very much Mercedes, we'll be back for sure

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

The apartment was very relaxing and comfortable. The beach was minutes away via foot. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Very nice central location. Rooms were spacious and the decor was tasteful and appealing. Bright and airy apartment. The transfer offer was really helpful and appreciated too, made everything very easy.

Simply put, amazing place to stay. First of all, thank Irene for her patience with us, we were late on arrival and she was also attentive, helpful and very polite. For the place, without words, we loved it, everything clean, super tidy and spacious. Amazing how modern it is, you can tell that it is renovated with affection. No doubt, recommended to 200%. Ceferina’s house was excellent. Extremely clean and very well equipped. She made us both very welcome and our dog Peanut. She even provided us with some delicious oranges and drinks. Lovely place to take our dog for long walks along the beach. Well worth the visit.

The spacious villa was situated in a tranquil area, providing an excellent base to explore the coastline. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and we enjoyed eating outside. We opted to pay extra for the heated pool, which was welcome on the slightly chilly days. Our favourite part was relaxing on the sun deck ontop of the villa. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay.

We had a really great stay in this beautiful apartment! You have a beautiful view of the sea and the location is ideal – several restaurants are nearby. Denis was super friendly and always responded very quickly to our questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Lovely villa. Host and key holder were very responsive and friendly to deal with. Great specification of villa with lovely pool and very nice rooms. Location could be an issue without a car. Busses are close by but taxis hard to find that will come and pick up. Plenty of scooters for the more adventurous!

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

The major asset for this apartment is that it enjoys a superb view of the Mar Menor, the Mediterranean and the harbor with as a bonus of magnificent sunsets. Bus stop is nearby. Oscar is very welcoming, pleasant and welcomes you with small presents. We stayed there during the winter; La Manga is somewhat deserted in this season. Overall, we were satisfied.

Great apartment in a fantastic location, everything is close by. Shops, beach, restaurants. short distance to the bus terminal. Good standard with everything you would expect from a modern apartment.

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!
