Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Very professional process and excellent host. The villa was spacious, clean and modern with all the amenities we needed. Fantastic pool and sunbathing area. Shops, bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday and would highly recommend the Bundy Villa.

Really good stay. The place is lovely well equipped felt like at home. Location is great too walkable distance to shops, restaurants, supermarkets. Nice walk to the beautiful beach. Nice outdoor private area with jacuzzi. We also hired a car from the host which was so convenient. We would definately recommend this place

Immaculate townhouse, very safe, great hist met us on time, easy to contact even flexed our dates aligned to flight changes. Beautiful townhouse with everything you could ask for, pool immaculate whole two weeks, only feedback was local area needs a bit of a facelift, but mall, and fast food places near by were very close and convenient, we could also get on the main route to Altea, Alicante, Airport and Valencia and within 5-10mins

Seren is super easy to communicate with. She checked in with us every couple of days via text to see if we needed anything. Seren was very accomodating of an early check in as well. We would certainly stay again.

From start to finish, we had a great week away. the pool was amazing, as it was heated, so completely useable for our whole stay. the villa itself was a great place to stay. overall, a great place, and a great host. thanks Jesus for being so responsive to requests and messages whilst we were there.

Villa to recommend to all who want to relax in peace, quiet & luxury. The house is beautiful. Very modern, glazed with lots of light. Super comfortable for a group of 8 people. A large table for eating meals together & playing cards. Large terrace on which you sit, read & drink Prosecco basking in the sun. Beautiful pool, only the water as for me too cold but it is a matter of individual feelings. The host super helpful. He was waiting for us at home, despite the late arrival time. He bought for us basic groceries because it was too late for shopping. Appreciated. He recommended local attractions, restaurants and places worth visiting. He was helpful throughout our stay and prepared a delicious surprise at the end. I highly recommend staying at the villa owned by Pronemusa.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! The property is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy our Christmas holidays together. The host went above and beyond to make our stay special by setting up a Christmas tree and decorating the villa with festive touches, which truly brought the holiday spirit alive. These thoughtful details made our family Christmas one of the best we’ve ever had. We had a super nice vacation. Quietly located house. Everything is provided. Fast communication with host. Very nice swimming pool and lounges. Repeatable.

We stayed in this beautiful villa, a family gathering from two countries, 3 young kids and 6 adults, house was nice and big with more than enough space. Kids loved the heated pool and hottub, although it was february and a bit cold some days and staff came to clean and maintain the pool regularly! We had a rental car which was nice to go a bit further to the beach to some restaurants but a lot of stores and some restaurants within walking distance in this nice scandinavian neighborhood. Would highly recommend this place! Owner was easily contacted and flexible :)

We have just had a 7 night stay at this amazing villa and all 10 of us have had the most fantastic time. Angela and Caroline are fabulous hosts and the villa has everything you could want and more. The pool and outside areas are perfect for relaxing, eating, and socialising and every room inside is pristine. The villa is fully kitted out with all amenities and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside. The location is great for restaurants, bars, the beach and the local market. This holiday is something we have looked forward to for over a year and we did not want to leave. We will most certainly be back and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a holiday to remember! Thank you again Angela!!
