We spent 2 nights at Ivars and it had everything we needed! Ivars was very proactive with sending over the welcome packet prior to arrival and being flexible with our check in process. Would definitely recommend staying here and if I am ever back in the area I will stay again!

William and Judy were wonderful and welcoming hosts. They were flexible with helping us find the place on a dark and foggy evening and ever so friendly. The house was always cozy and warm and we had all that we needed. We would love to stay here again, especially during peak foliage.

We love this Airbnb! It is very clean and comfortable. The house is tucked in the woods on a dead end road, so it feels very private, but it is walkable to restaurants, coffee, and bars. Multiple grocery stores within a five minute drive or a long walk. There is a ton to do in the area - outdoor recreation, scenic train/boat rides, food and beverage, cute towns. Convenient to the White Mountains and Concord/Manchester for day trips. For rainy/snowy days, there are several cozy places to hang out indoors, and plenty to do for adults and kids. Anna and her husband are absolutely wonderful hosts - responsive and helpful while always respecting your privacy. This is the gold standard in AirBnBs!
