Vacation rentals with breakfast in Loch Ness

Very nice accommodation. Close to all the pubs, restaurants and night life but, across the river so it's quiet and comfortable. Easy to find driving, then walking to everywhere in town. Very helpful instructions on how to use items.

We had an amazing stay at Nikki’s place as a group of 13, the house was spotless and in the perfect location to explore Drum and the surrounding areas. We especially loved the large function space and lovely outdoor seating area, we were blessed with amazing weather so we got to make the most of it! Nikki is a fantastic host and has been very quick to respond and answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to return at some point soon!

Frazer was such a warm and welcoming host, we stayed here for two weeks while we were getting some improvements completed on our home. A lovely location to stroll along to the canal or pop along to the local shops. A friendly cul-de-sac in the heart of Corpach. The home is full of character and warm touches and Frazer was just over the road if we needed anything. We didn’t, he had thought of everything! We appreciated the black out blinds which ensured we slept well as the days lengthen again. I’d highly recommend Frazer as a host and his lovely home.

The Presbytery was comfortable and so beautiful as to inspire me to improve my own home. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. All of the equipment was in great shape and not at all an afterthought. The beds were soft and warm, with plenty of extra blankets, all of which were beautiful. The bathrooms were large, with plenty of soft towels and lots of places to hang them to dry. The location is perfect--right across the street from what was a happening park even in the dead of winter--and just down the street from the grocery store and restaurants. The whole house was beautiful. I could have stayed there without going out at all and been happy. There were a variety of books to read, two sitting rooms that held my family of four easily, and a lovely wood stove that gave us warmth and entertainment. Andrea and Gareth welcomed us and looked after us as if we were treasured guests. We would love to come back and enjoy the house and Forres again.

This b&b is a rare find - Gunta is an expert host who goes out of her way to make one’s stay faultless. The rooms are crisp and clean. The sitting room is a comfortable haven. And then there’s the food - fantastic - the lamb shanks and absolute highlight. Breakfast was also delish (note that breakfast and dinner are additional costs to the room tariff). As cyclists we found this a real haven. It is excellent value for money and well worthy of its 5 star rating.

Our stay in Anne's house was perfect from every point of view. The apartment is lovely and equipped with every comforts. Anne was a fantastic host, she provided us a lot of information about the facilities around the house, the rules of the apartment and the check-in and check-out. I fully recommended staying at Anne's house.

We had a wonderful time from start to finish. Victoria was so friendly and helpful, and her homemade bread was delicious! The studio was spotlessly clean, comfortable, cosy and had everything we needed for the weekend. The shower was great and we slept really well. Can't fault it - thanks again!

Took a 3 day trip to Scotland. Helens place is ideal in location, well looked after and a lot bigger than looks in the photos. Helen was very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay super great. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

A modest country abode that was very clean. We enjoyed our short stay in Beauly and had a wonderful conversation with Freda Wish we were able to explore the charming downtown and surrounding area a little more.

Krystian and Kasia thought of everything!! So many personable touches to make us feel at home - from a stocked fridge with goodies for our travels the next day, to everything youd need for toiletries. The finishings in the apartment are beautiful - stunning, large bathroom and very comfortable beds. Walkable to the downtown centre and close to a large shopping center, but feels removed from the main area so it was peaceful and quiet. Would stay here again and again, really enjoyed ourselves.

Can’t beat the location when traveling to Inverness. Parking was easy and the bed was so comfortable. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Absolutely gorgeous little apartment that you get to through a pleasant little gravelled courtyard. The flat was pristine and very comfortable, with everything we could need. Special mention to the spectacular bathroom and shower!! The surroundings aren't beautiful, but it is extremely handily placed, very close to the centre, Tescos on your doorstep, and the flat feels private and quiet. We were very comfortable on our short stay, and Gosia is a very responsive host Thanks for having us, we would come again!

Christopher's flat is in a great location, just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and sea front. The flat was spotless and lovely and cosy. I'll definitely book again if it's available the next time I'm working in the area.

Neil and Hazel were fabulous guests and have a beautiful home. Felt comfortable and clean. Neil made a lovely breakfast and gave great recommendations for what to eat at the local restaurant. Fire was made up in the lounge and we had a relaxed evening. It was wonderful to meet Riach and see all his tricks.

A perfect stopover on your route around the Highlands. Immaculate home, beautiful surroundings, engaging host, delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

I don't give 5* reviews often but Anne's B&B really stood out. The views from Anne's home were amazing, the house was really cosy, fantastic breakfast and a lovely lovely host. Thank you for a great night on our bike journey :-)

Great place next to main road and easy to stay and explore as mentioned it’s a best place for night stay

We had a wonderful stay with Graham at Ashcroft Bed & Breakfast. He checked in with us often to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious (and served early for us, and with a few changes for my picky eater husband). Graham had great tips for hiking, beaches to visit, and local places to eat. The beds were comfortable, water was hot, and we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

One-night stop at Pam's place. We met her husband who welcomed us warmly and friendly on the morning of breakfast. Diverse and complete breakfast. Comfortable room with a large bed, bright overlooking the loch and separate private bathroom in the front room.

Our stay at Strathassynt B&B was perfect for what we needed! My parents and I stayed for the weekend as we road-tripped across the country. Neil and Katya were great - always helpful with questions and local recommendations of food and hikes. Neil was proactive about informing us of road and traffic conditions on our drive from Edinburgh which was super helpful. Breakfast was great as well! Would definitely stay again!

The accommodation was very clean and everything felt like good quality - fittings and furnishings etc. It is off the beaten track in a very peaceful spot in a forest setting - we couldn’t find detailed directions on Airbnb but Wendy very kindly and very quickly sent them to us. There are lovely walks in the forest right outside the gate. The place is very dog friendly and there is a lovely big garden for your hound to play in. There is no kitchen but there is a toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge for you use. The breakfast and packed lunch provisions provided was a nice bonus and the items were good quality. It was a very nice base for us to explore what is a beautiful part of the world.
