The apartment is stunning, beautiful view, quiet and very comfortable, we felt just like home. Everything has a thoughtful design, well equipped, it has everything that makes the place feels very homey and relaxing. Zeljko is very professional, polite and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay at Zeljko's apartment and I would highly recommend his place to anyone who's planning to visit Split.

Perfect place to stay. Location is great, it's close to the old town, but you also got everything you need (pub, cafe, store, etc.) within a few steps. Street parking is available and it's easy to find a space (tho my visit was in December). The place is as described and Jaksa is a great host. Overall 10/10, would book it again.

apartment was very comfortable and only 8min walk to centre. Brilliant location and bonus was having an on-site car park. Ivica was very prompt in his responses to us. totally recommend

Really enjoyed my stay here!! It was the perfect little space for my weekend girls trip. Vedrana & Ivana were INCREDIBLE as hosts. SO communicative and even allowed us to drop our bags in the space a few hours before check in. They also provided us with incredible local recommendations for food and drinks. The location of the space could not be more central to old town and everything was within a 10 minutes walk and tours picked us up right outside. The only downside of the location would be there is some noise and music at night because you are right on the promenade, but that did not bother us much. We will definitely be returning!!

My stay at this beautiful apartment was fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

We fully enjoyed our stay with this host. The place was amazing and exactly like what it was described to be. Josipa was amazing and gave us a lot of helpful recommendations and pieces of advice about how to spend our little vacation in Split. Beautiful views, lovely property, excellent host. This was the ideal location to gather our group of nine before a sailing trip. I highly recommend it. Future guests should be advised that Uber drivers have a really hard time finding the house; which can be inconvenient. Taxi drivers seem to have a better handle on it. If you rent a car, there is ample parking.

Felt like a home from home, lots of lovely touches like homemade jams and olive oil (which was very tasty). Both the terrace and loggia were great to relax in, and the local host Sanja was really helpful. Can recommend to anyone who wants to visit this lovely town on the island of Brac.

The apartment was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-equipped! The location is excellent as it is just a few minutes' walk from the bus station. Zoran was very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. Overall a great stay, and I highly recommend!

Apartment was easy to find. Owner waited for us outside so it was very easy to find the place and the parking which is right at the property. Apartment was very clean and kitchen is well-equiped. Bathroom was spotless. It's very close to the beautiful beach, like 3 min walking, and the town has lots of stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive, kind and helpfull so I really felt like home. I'd definitely recomend this place to anyone.

Ines was wonderful from start to finish! We felt very welcome, had access to the pool downstairs and just felt right at home from the start! Ines was very understanding when we asked to leave a little later due to a late flight and did more than enough to accommodate us. 10/10, if I was returning to split I’d love to stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at Anida’s place. Fantastic location, in the centre of the Old Town, close to everything. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the space in the apartment. Anida and her whole family are super friendly and always there to help and provide insightful recommendations. Wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Would definitely recommend this place and the host. The place is centrally located and was perfect for our family. The host always responded quickly and welcomed us warmly. Great recommendations on things to do/see and not least in restaurants in the area.

We stayed here for two nights. Firstly if you own a motorcycle then Sasa has a space behind a locked gate out of sight where it can be kept. This was essential for us and we were very grateful to the host for accommodating. The apartment is modern, very clean and tidy and you have EVERYTHING you could need. It has a car park area 2 mins walk away but we had the motorcycle. Lovely view off the balcony, bed very comfortable shower is great. About 20mins walk into old town which is up hill on the way home but any half fit person could easily walk it. Shop and bakery very near by. Host was great with local eateries and ALWAYS responded straight away. Highly recommended

Everything matches the photos and description. Ivana was very helpful in the fridge had a tincture of her parents waiting for us. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but it is useful to have your own car without it to the center of Makarska and the beaches.

The place is as luxurious as it looks in the pictures. One thing to mention is our host's support when our car broke down on the checkout day. Not only was he flexible about the checkout hour, but actively helped us find a mechanic.

Great host Karlo, very friendly. Great place, nearby Split. All stairs to reach 4th floor are worth to walk couple of times a day. Terrace is superb, perfect view. We were just lucky to have excellent weather despite the fact we were visiting the place at year end (winter time). Apartment is huge and easy to host 6 adults.

We had a crazy travel schedule and Josip was super patient flexible. Place was awesome! Loved staying inside the palace where everything was vibrant and alive. Definitely in the middle of all the action. Accommodations were great. Awesome AC! I think it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Our group of 5 had a great time! The property is clean, large and in an awesome location! The building was tucked away but close enough for a ton of walking to Diocletian’s Palace, the Green Market and the Harbor. It was very clean, had plenty of linens, towels and bathroom essentials and we loved the balconies. Will definitely stay here again and tell everyone to stay here if they are in Split! Dune was responsive, communicative and available for any questions. Check in and check out were easy and there even was a welcome gift of wine and cookies. All the little touches, the cleanliness, the location and having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone made this place wonderful! Thanks again!!!
