This place was perfect! Private back pool with large TV-we hung in the pool and watched a movie each night. Quick 13 minute drive to Blind Pass beach which has ample parking. Kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. Awesome back pack beach chairs available for use. Awesome deal all around!

Beautiful house and location! Loved our stay in this private beach location property! Felt right at home with all the amenities we needed! Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, well kept, everything you need to feel at home with a short walk to private beach with an abundance of shells, shark's teeth, sea turtles... look no further! Excellent communication by owners and very welcoming!

This house is great, so close to the beach and the private pool was amazing! The included golf cart was a bonus and fun to go around the key. The home was very clean with comfortable furniture although the beds are very firm so if you like that then great but a bit of a draw back for us. It was tastefully decorated with nice beach vibe and beautiful landscaping and just a short stroll to watch the sunset. Would have been helpful to have a baking sheet , large pot and some more baking dishes as we did a lot of cooking. The grill was awesome! The comfy beach chairs and beach toys were another added bonus. Would rent again!

I had a wonderful time at Michelle's house. The place is beautiful and very clean, but we definitely fell in love with the pool area. Its beautiful design, along with the tiki bar, will make you spend hours without getting bored. You'll also find plenty of utensils to prepare your meals. If there's something I should point out, it's that they don't allow you to use the grill and the sink in the tiki bar, which I found a bit disappointing. I also want to point out that the house has 5 bedrooms, but only two are actually equipped for adults. The other two are children's rooms, and the third is a living room. In two of the bedrooms, my family had to sleep on inflatable mattresses. As a recommendation, it would be nice if all the rooms were equipped with conventional beds. Also, on the last day of our stay, a neighbor came over with a bad attitude to ask me to turn down the music; it was 6:00 PM and not even the music was that loud. Other than that, my overall rating is wonderful. Thanks.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home to vacation in! It was everything we could have asked for and more!! From the crystal clear pool/hot tub to the beautiful views and the lovely neighborhood. Located close to Fishermans Village where we watched dolphins, shopped, dined and watched the gorgeous sunsets. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

This home in Port Charlotte is fantastic! The key to a great stay in an Airbnb is a good host. I don't care how good the house is, if you don't have a good host your trip can be ruined. Holli is a great host! We had a minor issue with the pool and texted her about it. We were pulling out of the driveway 15 minutes later and the pool service guy was pulling in. I have not had a more responsive and proactive host before. We had 3 ocean days and 3 kayaking days as our main activities on our trip. I feel like the kayaking is downplayed on the website. There are 4 kayaks to choose from with paddles and life vests. The canals and Myakka river are great places to explore and nature watch. We went in late May and only ran into one other kayaker on our journeys. Venice and Siesta Key were our favorite nearby beaches! White sand and clear water beaches. The house was really fun and modern. We loved the smart couches and very large kitchen. Every part of the home was taken care of with love!

The Dolphin Rd house was perfect. My kids loved the pool and my husband and I loved the nature views of the pond just feet from the lanai. The decor had a modern, beachy feel and the house was well stocked with everything my family needed for our family vacation. I’d happily rent again!

Lovely house in Port Charlotte right on a canal with easy access to the harbor. The house was comfortable and spacious for my parents, myself, my husband and our two children. The pictures don't quite capture how clean and updated the house is. The pool area is absolutely perfect, we hung out there every day and spent hours in the pool. There were so many extras provided that we started saying, "if they don't have it here, we don't need it". Snacks and drinks were provided for us, which was just really nice and greatly appreciated. We used the boat almost every day and also fished right off the dock. If we choose to stay in Port Charlotte again we would definitely stay here. Providing a house with a boat included is maybe the best idea I have ever heard. The only bad part was having to leave.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

We loved our time at Mary Lou's condo - our expectations for the vacation were quickly exceed once we arrived. The porch was great for taking a break from the sun and still being able to listen to the waves, and the beach is only a few steps away! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could need.

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

Had a great stay and beautiful peaceful private beach! I will say make sure you bring your own beach chair and umbrella. It’s stated they have some but I think other guested used them all.

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.

Great place to stay on the Bay. The golf was a short walk and was beautiful. Walking distance to several restaurants. My husband was able to catch fish off the dock. Our host, Dave had excellent communication. Thank you for the great time!

Great Place. Extremely clean. Nice patio out back on the bay side. Easy, easy walk across the road to the beach. Upon request we were given two beach chairs, an umbrella and a table top Weber grill. Thank you! Everything inside appears to have been recently renovated and there was nothing we needed. It's nice to have a stand alone unit. AND, it has a washer and dryer. A big plus. All in all a really pleasant place to spend a week.

Can't wait to stay again in the future.. added to must stays in Florida.. pool was great not many people and same with beach!! Amazing views in the morning of the Sunrise and great fishing right off the back deck Especially liked the cleaning station for your fish you catch!!!

Beauitful home! We had an amazing weekend at Vincent's home. Beautiful house, has everhthing you need. Only regret was not staying longer! :) Definitely would stay again.

My family of 6 absolutely loved this home! The pool was a nice addition to our fun at night. We really liked the outdoor grill area. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely book this house again!

This is our second time staying at this lovely home. It is well stocked and beautifully decorated. We love having the dock right across the street and the beach a short golf cart ride away. We will be back! Lauran was always responsive, easy to work with and kind.

This was the perfect place on Boca Grande for our family. A short walk from the beach and a quick gold cart ride to downtown. The cottage was very clean and having the pool access was a huge plus.

This was the best house we’ve ever rented and will definitely rent again. Dorcia is the perfect host and the house is absolutely beautiful. Communication was quick and precise. We had everything we needed inside the house and on the lanai. The lanai is set up perfectly and we spent most of our days and nights in the pool. At night, we turned the pool lights and the white string lights on while listening to music on the tv. Every night was perfect and so relaxing. The master bedroom is a dream with a comfy king sized bed, double walk-in closets, and the gorgeous walk-in doorless shower. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house which gave all of us our own space. It’s an easy drive to all the restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Thank you, Dorcia, for a wonderful stay and we will definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay during our vacation. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! She had great suggestions on what to do and where to go. The heated pool was a big hit with our kids.
