Vacation rentals in Linstead Parva

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

The place smelled beautiful as you walk in and stayed that way for the duration, really clean and well thought out, cupboards were well stocked with plates and cookware etc. the annex felt private and the area was very quiet and peaceful, lovely walks close by. We brought a dog with us and they left a bowl and some treats in it which I thought was a really nice touch. We had tea coffee and biscuits ready to use on arrival which was definitely appreciated. We will 100% be back as it was also a great price tbh. Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was made up for us by the owners. Couldn’t fault a single thing.

House has a great layout enabling us to each have a separate bedroom with ensuite, but also enjoying a lovely central social area with open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The listing does not do this property justice.

Nice accommodation for the price had everything we needed

This is our third time of staying at Roger’s. We absolutely love it, it’s the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Roger always greets us and is so friendly and helpful. The welcome basket he leaves is fabulous, filled with lots of yummy goodies. He also left lots of dog treats and lovely dog bed as we brought our dog with us this time. There’s a lovely floodlit enclosed paddock where he could have a run around. The Dairy is so lovely inside, tastefully furnished and a really comfy bed and bedding. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Clean, high-end annex with welcoming hosts. Nice touches of stocked pantry items (jams, cereals, bread, bannanas, ham, jams, yoghurts and a few beers) and any type of milk you requested. Quiet area, designated driveway (access is a bit tight, but managable in a standard width car). Walkable to riverside and train station. Stairs to bedroom were quite steep and potentially slippy in socks so need to take care when using. Bed was great.

This was our first stay at Granary cottage and it exceeded expectations ! Comfotable, immaculately clean with everything provided to make our stay stress free.

Lovely little house, everything you need, giant televisions, lovely hot tub and sauna. Think a later check out time would be useful though 😊
