We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. The kitchen is well-appointed, beds are comfortable memory foam, Netflix worked, linens were freshly laundered, and it’s tastefully decorated with LKN themed art. Everything looks new. Will book again!

Such a fun place to stay!

One of the best Thanksgivings our family has experienced. Something for everyone to enjoy …whether it’s the serene lake, endless games, equipment and activities or simply sitting on the spacious balcony. Kids of all ages, adults and puppy all had a blast….never feeling crowded. Will most definitely be booking again to enjoy this same AirBNB.

This home is beautiful, well laid out and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of Lake Norman in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shopping and great restaurants. Giovanni is an excellent host who responds quickly and kindly.

Our family came in from NY/TX/ and NC for a family wedding. Jim’s house was beautiful with the calm of the neighborhood and the beautiful view of the lake. We all arrived at different times and settled in like we were home. It was a beautiful weekend and we all really enjoyed corn hole during the day, the fire pit & hot tub at night and surrounding the island and openness to the living room to talk, watch football and baseball and just be. We only get to see each other about once a year and Jim’s place had enough room for all of us that didn’t live in Charlotte. Thank You for a beautiful home for the week Jim :)

This place was a fantastic stay. It's hard to find a place to rent that is pet friendly and not torn to bits. Kristen's home was not perfect (neither is my own) but it was exactly what we needed for our Thanksgiving stay with two dogs. My family and I were more than grateful to he able to spend the holiday weekend here.

“House of Blue” was the cleanest place we have stayed in! It was very cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!!

This place was incredible, had a great time with the kids and the hubby , I wish it had more lighting (outside) other than the lights everything was perfect.The view was perfect, I love the watching the sunrise and the house was really clean and had a lot of things that I didn’t think It would have , a variety of coffee, sugar and snacks.I definitely appreciated and would go back again!

Comfortable stay with all the amenities of home to make our own meals. Was a nice location for visiting our son at the University in Charlotte. Hope to stay again!

Kyle was great! The listing is exactly as pictured, such a cute Airbnb that’s even decorated for Christmas. The location is perfect, it’s in the heart of Downtown Kannapolis. West Avenue has a lot of great restaurants, there’s a ton to do, and the brewery is always a great spot to grab a drink! I’ll definitely be back when I visit home again!

Great stay in the Davidson/Charlotte area for a single or couple. The bedding is very comfortable.

A heavenly, peaceful, perfect place to stay. My mom and I and our dog enjoyed it. Incredible beds for rest. Amazing shower. Beautifully decorated. Places for the dog to run. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings. A darling slice of NC. We will be back! I highly recommend this place!

Excellent treatment and pleasant stay

We loved staying at Terry's house. The area was awesome and it was extremely quiet in the evenings. We had everything we needed right there and Terry provided additional toiletries and kitchen needs. The house has a huge fenced in backyard if you decide to bring your furry friends. I was very impressed with our overall stay. The parking was perfect and off the street with lots of privacy. The house was spacious and everything was very well decorated. We will stay here again when we are going to the Hickory, NC area.

Loved staying at this condo complex. Beautiful boardwalk on the lake that we walked on each day, close to the wedding venue we had events at and accessible to main road with plenty of restaurants and stores. Katie was very responsive as well and made the check in/check out process easy. We had a dog with us who would bark when someone was walking by outside which was out of character for him and a neighbor did submit a noise complaint. Katie was great about it, asking us to be more mindful but letting us know barking from a passerby is accepted but excessive barking won’t be if it continues. So if you plan to stay here and have a hyperactive dog, you may want to plan for how you’ll best control the situation (shut the blinds if you leave or don’t let them access the front bedroom where they can see the front walkway). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sunny Daze. The space was great for a solo traveler or small group. The condo is in very quiet location, that felt safe and comfortable. It was clean and appeared just as it does in the pictures. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area, with quick access to major highways. Heather had great communication prior to and during my stay. I would definitely book again in the future.

Great place on the second floor with a good view from the deck. Well stocked with all the little things you might need in the kitchen, bathroom full of shampoo and body wash supplies. and all very clean. 3 big bedrooms- very comfortable! TVs in all the rooms. Nice small pool a few steps away. And a really nice restaurant on the water also a few steps away! Good stay!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

Great waterfront condo in Harborside. Tastefully decorated in light neutral colors with upgraded kitchen and furnishings. Perfect central location for exploring Lake Norman and North Charlotte. Birkdale shops and restaurants only 7 min drive. Enjoyed the patio views of harbor and walking on boardwalk.

Jeremy was very responsive to any questions I had. The property was very nice and it was nice to have the 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the home. All amenities were like new and modern and up-to-date, Including the electric fireplace and all the kitchen appliances. Building where the condo is located, and the front door of the condo, were very secure. Wi-Fi worked great. Master bath shower was huge with room for 2 people, and it was easy access for my elderly mother. My parents said that this was the best place so far that we've stayed at in the Cornelius / Huntersville area. I was appreciative of the complementary coffee pods so I didn't have to go without the first morning. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place! It's such a cool spot to be right on the race track. The place was clean and worked perfectly for our family of 6. The host Eric was incredibly kind and wonderful to communicate with. We'd love to visit again.
