Very nice place and location.

The stay at Art Kourion was perfect! The apartment is fabulous: it's beautiful and so well equipped that it really leaves nothing to be desired - and you can see the sea from the beautiful balcony. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment bright, modern and furnished with beautiful art. And Eleni really is a fabulous host: she was always quick to help us with any issue and gave us great tips for the area to explore. She even left homemade pies and wine on our doorstep as a little surprise! She is an absolutely helpful and warm-hearted person - we are already looking forward to our next visit with her! Thank you Eleni for giving us such a lovely stay.

The flat was clean, modern, and nicely renovated, and the building in great shape. The bedrooms were of good size and the beds comfortable. The place was easy to find. It is a 15-20min walk from the old town and marina area. The location was nice and quiet as well. The host was responsive, and entry instructions clear. Overall a comfortable, pleasant stay. Keep in mind: - This is not a sea view flat - Bring your own shampoo / shower gel

We had an amazing stay! The location was very accessible and easy to get to, just a block and a half from the beach, which was perfect for quick trips to the shore. The host was incredible—very attentive to our needs and quick to respond. We had an issue with the water pressure, but it was fixed the next day without any hassle. Aside from some morning construction noise nearby, everything was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is a work of art and love. The main area is a multi level open space that makes the whole layout very esthetically pleasing. The best part though is the rooftop which itself has two levels. I enjoyed working out in the sun and getting glimpses of the beach and sea. The apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk from the beach which I consider close enough, but I would recommend a car for getting around in general. The neighborhood is generally quiet, but when I stayed there was construction going on next door so that was annoying.

Alexandros was a great host! The apartment was just as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, close to restaurants and the boardwalk. We appreciated how quickly Alexandros responded to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again.

Me and my friend had an incredible time in a wonderful and peaceful location with a very responsive and helpful host. In the morning we were offered great coffee and in the evening excellent wines were offered from someone that knows them well. The host was ready to offer us homemade and fresh food at any time and was very forth coming. We enjoyed the amazing jacuzzi which was placed on the roof with a beautiful view and perfect temperature! We will come back for sure. Thank you so much for this experience!!

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Wonderful accommodation in the village with two restaurants nearby. The Tochni Tavern had wonderful meals at a good price. Mr. George gave us a little history and offered us a map, which helped us navigate where to visit and go during our stay. He answered our questions and was proactive in asking if he could be of any more help to ensure our comfort. The bed was comfortable. The accommodation includes a pool and A/C, which made the heat bearable. All in all, I intend to come back and would absolutely recommend this to anyone

Alexander's little apartment is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Cyprus. just short drives to many beautiful beaches and friendly tavernas. The location is tranquil. Alexander was extremely helpful and communicative providing us with detailed instructions regarding parking ( one may find parking a little tricky if not used to steep and narrow roads but we did have many options that made the situation manageable) I highly recommend staying at this excellent value for money accommodation and would definitely like to return in the future. We loved our stay there. Panos and his parents are very friendly. They explained everything to us. The house has everything you need and it was more than clean. It is very comfortable and you can easily relax there for days. Small bakery and supermarket around the corner. We recommend the accomodation 1000000%

Svetlana went out of her way to accomodate my schedule and even came to and event in the city which I was attending for work purposes to hand over the key to the apartment. It was extremely helpful. The room is pleasant and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Eleftheria is always very friendly, helpful, considerate. She know the local attractions, culture, heritage, tradition and local food very well. The place is quiet and peaceful, and very very easy to get to the shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the seafront. It’s very good value for money. Eleftheria is a very generous person, she clean everywhere all the time, she made the place very comfortable and welcoming. It just what you need when you are travelling. Thanks again Eleftheria ❤️

beautiful house, very flexible with communication.

Eleftheria is a great hostess who is friendly, responsive before I arrived and keeps the house very clean throughout the stay for both short and long term guests as well as helpful with cooking and clothes washing facilities. The room is as described by the photos with the air conditioning and wifi inside the room as well as the adjacent bathroom being easy to use. Getting into and out of the building is easy with the lift. Great location in central Limassol, all amenities are close by and the house is good if you like pets (3 cats and 1 small dog) though they are not loud. A great experience and can't recommend enough as a first time Airbnb user!

My colleague and I attended a conference in St Rafael. A perfect stay for this occasion.
