Beachfront vacation rentals in Limassol

everything was great, starting with easy going friendly conversations and ending with great apartment with arrangement close to the centre of a city (description pretty much captures the real story). it was a pleasure to stay at this place

We were very happy to stay at Rudolph's place. It seems that in life the apartment looks even better than in the photos. Comfortable furniture, spacious inside. The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, there is everything and even more. Not clogged parking, we were in two cars, there was always somewhere to park. The most significant drawback is the only set of keys and the entrance by key, with running costs (for example, you need to go down from the apartment to the entrance to let people in). We were here in winter, the floors are very cold, so I recommend taking warm socks or slippers.

Everything was great from the first contact! The host is very friendly and helpful! The location is great and the sea is very near!

If I wanted to stay in Germasoya Limmisol I would definitely choose this apartment again.The host could not have done more to help me with any problem.I have been slightly ill.He was more than considerate.He obtained a list and did shopping for me.Valery is a very well mannered man.

Alexandros was a great host! The apartment was just as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, close to restaurants and the boardwalk. We appreciated how quickly Alexandros responded to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean, location is right by the beach with a seaview from the balcony! The kitchen was fully equipped but the second bedroom may be a bit hot in the summer (no AC). Lilia was super helpful and responsive and it was a great experience overall.

Everythung went well and was as expected and as described. In top of it, you get access to a beautiful swimming pool and tennis courts and within walking distance from the beautiful boardwalk along the sea. Can be however a bit noisy at night time to time because of the nearby traffic. Highly recommended overall!!!

The appartement was exactly as in the photos, very nice surroundings, the beach is nearby, supermarket and restaurant, you can do everything on foot, it is highly recommended, the appartement would like to come back

Perfect for what we needed it for. Short walk to old part, so close to the beach. Rooftop pool area nice extra if don’t want to head to the beach.

This is a really beautiful apartment. Clean, fresh, new. Luxurious. Big, spacious. And, of course, the view is beautiful! It's also a really great location in Limassol -- right at the end of the marina promenade, with a little beach out front, within a nice pleasant walk to old town. The place is well furnished with great kitchen supplies. The small gym in building is also decent enough to get a real workout (and at least in the off season wasn't too crowded). The ONLY downside is the noise from the cars below -- which is Limassol's fault more than the apartment's for putting that busy road right by the water. The windows are pretty thick and heavy but some noise gets through anyway. We slept in the back bedroom away from the road, which is quiet, and the noise didn't bother us much during the day. The internet was a bit slow for video calls sometimes, but otherwise workable. Overall a lovely place and highly recommended--but if you're very sensitive to noise, maybe not.

We liked the place in the middle of Limassol. There is enough space to park two cars, you’re at the beach in a few minutes. You can reach everything by car within 10 minutes, but you can also walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We were the only ones using the pool.

The terrace is awesome, even in the rain, and the views great. Very peaceful location. Kitchen is very well-equipped; if you plan on using the stove a lot, bear in mind its induction without a Power Boost setting, so it can take quite long to i.e. get a big pan to a boil and grill something. The oven is amazing though - used it to roast, bake and grill. Bed is comfortable and the room shades keep it fairly dark. Would come back here - in fact, I might if the current trip allows for it.

I had a great stay very friendly host clean and comfortable. The beach is two minutes walk away.

This house is very cute, comfortable, with lots of character and well cared for. Absolutely everything one might imagine needing for a shorter or longer stay, from food stuff to mosquito repellent to household appliances, is being provided, at a level far exceeding an average Airbnb, and with great attention to detail. One immediately feels at home! A particular highlight is the terrace behind the house, overlooking the sea and with direct access to the beach. Sitting there, the sound of the waves drowns out the noise from the busy road in front of the house, which is really the only drawback of the location. In the end, this didn't bother us too much, including at night (also helped by the good mattresses). The quality of the house more than makes up for it. The hosts, Polina and Andreas, were very responsive and accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Thanks! -- Highly recommended and would stay here again.
