Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lihue

We had a great few days celebrating New Year’s in Princeville. The location was amazing and the view was incredible! It was the perfect home base for us to come back to. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us.

Allison’s place was great! Walking distance to a great beach, snorkeling gear, beach gear and bicycles! Upstairs neighbors were a little loud and stomping around a bit. But her place had all the things we needed for a great stay!

Excellent location and great views from both balonies! Several restaurants and a couple cafes within a 10 minute walk, plus the options at the the neighboring resorts. About a 15-20 minute walk to Poipu Beach for swimming and watching the basking sea turtles. The view overlooks a smaller beach which is just a short walk away. Entire complex is very nicely landscaped and seems to have ample parking. Rosalyn is in the process of upgrading the place with the kitchen up right after my visit.

Perfect place to be if you want to explore the North shore. Robert had everything you’d need for a nice beach day with the family, on top of that a Fully stocked kitchen so you don’t have to eat out every night with the entire family! Place was definitely big enough for 2-3 people although only I stayed. Big ups to this air bnb

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was perfect and the view was amazing. The condo is so nice and the area around the building is so peaceful and beautiful. The welcome gift was a nice surprise as well. We will definitely be coming back.

The condo was clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds - perfect for the 6 adults in our group. The greenway path passes right next to the condo so it's an easy 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach and 15 minutes to Shipwreck Beach. Stores and other activities are just a quick drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a very peacful stay. Even the Rooster was charming. Lani and Suzanne were great hosts. Very responsive. Hawaii will always be costly for guests and hosts - but so worth it when you can. Princeville is a lovely place and Suzanne gave us the secret walks and places. We were just a short drive from our favorite beach. Love the North Shore.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Matt communicated with us right when we booked our stay about a year in advance, a week before we arrived with detailed instructions, the day of, and during our visit. We visited with our adult children, and the home was ideal. The bedrooms are large, and each has a bathroom. The living area was large enough for all of us to gather, but we also had plenty of privacy when we chose that. I cooked a number of meals, and the kitchen was stocked with what I needed. It was an ideal location for our vacation.

Overall great stay and Brandon was very nice and responsive. The access to the private athletic club was nice to get a workout in (gym, basketball, pickleball) / go in the pool. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful too. I thought the place would be a little bigger based on the pictures but not a big deal. Was central to poipu and great if you want to be in the south but I’d likely consider east and north area for my next visit as it’s closer to more things. Not a knock of the property but just FYI for new Kauai visitors. Appreciate the hospitality Brandon!

Naomi was a great host! The location was great, easy walking access to beach, shops and restaurants. We made awesome memories! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. House was as described and perfect for the two of us. We used the grill a couple of nights which was a great alternative to going out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Peaceful surroundings, close proximity to many attractions. Michelle was very responsive to my messages. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Really nicer than the pics. Goat lovely and helpful. Phenomenal location. Neighbors lovely. Great energy. Wonderful beach stuff. We used chairs, towels, balls, sandcastle stuff. So great to have everything on hand.

We loved our stay at Liz’s home in Kapa’a. The location was superb (even better than described in the listing). It was easily walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house itself is quaint and decked out in bamboo, so you really feel like you’re in Hawaii. We appreciated borrowing the cooler for taking beverages along on our day trips. And we were pleasantly surprised that the WiFi was strong and constant, which made it easy to work a bit, when necessary (many other places we’ve stayed in Kauai did not have consistent WiFi). All in all, it was a great stay and we hope to return one day. Aloha and Mahalo.

The home is beautiful!! We loved spending time in the “tree house” ( third floor) Windows all around the family room and kitchen. Loved having the chairs and boogie boards too. Kurt was great and we would come back!. Thank you so much 🌺

Ocean View and Wave Sounds >>>>>> Repeat <<<<<< Ocean view and the sound of waves day and night. The lanai view can hardly be beat. Especially for the Kapa'a area. Walk down two short flights of stairs and about 20 steps. BEACHFRONT!! Whale Watching in the winter from the comfort of the lanai. Well equipped kitchen to save those dollars and eat healthier. King sized bed quite comfy. We enjoyed walking to the Hukilau Lanai, Lava Lava and Coconut Marketplace one way aling the bike trail or old town Kapa'a and farther the other direction. This beachfront is known as a popular Hawaiian Monk Seal resting area. We enjoyed seeing quite a few. Life is Short ~ Book a month on Kauai today!!

Beautiful and spacious condo in the heart of Princeville. Ashleigh was a wonderful host and very good at communicating at all times. I would highly recommend her place for a family or two couples. The condo was wonderful, came with great beach amenities and felt like our own lil home in paradise.

Great central location for accessing all Kauai has to offer. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. A short walk to a coastline walking path that you can take for miles. Responsive host and well appointed unit serves as a great base.

Lovely condo, great location, few steps from the ocean although on the cliff with no beach but the views are amazing! The condo is very spacious, the 5 of us had plenty of space , close to shops and restaurants( driving) . Would stay there again!!

Great stay in paradise-family of 6 ranging in age from 20-90years! Enjoyed Hanalei for surfing and swimming and Anini beach fro snorkeling. Cooked every morning and night (and sometimes lunch too). Well stocked kitchen. Grabbed food at Safeway on way in-and at foodland as well. Great amenities (bikes, surf board, chairs, snorkels). Loved the lanai with so many birds around! And Joel was fabulous! Mahalo!

Jolie and Stephen provided clear instructions about the checkin process and were responsive to answer our questions before our trip. The property is lovely and well organized. All lights, remote controls, etc. were clearly labeled. The kitchen was well equipped and organized too. We had a pleasant stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location, it's pretty much the center point for traveling the entire island. We would definitely be willing to stay here again when we come back someday!
