The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! The villa is stunning! The house and the territory is beautiful and you have everything you need in there! There were even bicycles for us! All the recommendations we‘ve got from the host were great (from restaurants, to wineries and truffle hunting). The host was very friendly, always responding quickly! Thank you so much for amazing vacations!

Beautiful house and surroundings, all new and clean. Really luxurious with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We were out of main season, so the prices were ok and well worth it. You can also get access to the mini golf and mini tennis nearby.

Great location, fantastic view and lovely pool & facilities

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

Our family of five had a lovely stay over Easter weekend in Jody’s home. The villa is well-stocked, with comfortable beds, and a really nice living room/loft area. It all felt very spacious and had a beautiful outdoor space. We were able to explore the surrounding areas easily and there’s great restaurants and a wonderful bakery nearby. It all made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Nicoletta was a warm host. She gave us some great tips. The house is large, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay there. If we return to Ponte di Piave, we'll be happy to come back to Nicoletta's. Thanks to her.

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Very nice villa with private pool. It is very very clean and the location is excellent. In a few minutes you are at the supermarket or at the beach. There are two private car parking spaces. Also suitable for a small tour group Landlords are very friendly and accommodating.

It was great. An extraordinary location with great charme. The castle looks exactly like on the pictures and the view is lovely. It comfortably fits 8 people and the garden is huge. Ada is a great host, who responds right away and gives great recommendations. She lives next door with her dogs and is always available in case of questions. It was great!

Top place to stay - we felt at home from the first moment and would come back any time. The hosts thought of everything in the amenities, there was even salt/pepper, oils and vinegar as well as a really generous coffee supply. But even with dishes and cooking utensils, there was nothing. There were also plenty of towels, sunscreen and gel spray several times. The location is really fantastic - a small supermarket (including cafe) is within walking distance and has a well-stocked assortment & always fresh bread. Even larger supermarkets are only about 10 minutes by car. During our holiday week, it had over 30 degrees throughout and the existing air conditioning cooled more than enough if needed.

Our stay at this house in Croatia was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we could possibly need and more. The landlords were incredibly kind, always polite, and responded to our questions immediately. Their helpfulness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests truly enhanced our experience and made us feel completely at home. The location was ideal, offering both privacy and easy access to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional getaway in Croatia! The house is very nice. Everything you need is there. Very clean and even nicer than in the pictures. The garden and the pool were fantastic. We felt very comfortable.

Anna's place was perfect for our group. I only wish we could communicate better (there was an English/German language barrier), but she was very friendly and the place is within a 15 min drive of many different kinds of beaches. You will need a car, it is not a place where you can walk to much, but it's in a quiet community. The pool was wonderful, and the A/C's kept us very cool

The house is nothing short of wonderful, clean, modern, very large spaces and impeccable furnishings. Super recommended, I will definitely come back as soon as it is available again 😅 Danijel was very kind and responded with simplicity and responsiveness to messages.

We felt totally comfortable, the place is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The host is very nice and has provided a brand new mattress for the baby bed. Hopefully we can come back!

The villa was immaculate and as described. Artur had really thought of everything so we didn’t “want” for anything. Great location close to the harbour and near some great restaurants. Arturs recommendations were followed and we enjoyed eating out in the area. A fantastic holiday in a beautiful part of Croatia.

We were very happy with the place and had a nice holiday with the family.

We spent wonderful 5 days with Giovanni and Graciella. The house is located on the outskirts of Conegliano, so you can quickly get to the city (10 min.) by bike, but at the same time have a great starting point for bike tours in the area. In bright sunny weather, the very large pool offered a welcome change. We were welcomed with open arms and very hospitable. On the last evening, we had the opportunity to get to know the two of them a little better over a glass of wine and local specialties. We were able to safely park our car and bikes on the enclosed property. The whole complex is very well maintained and clean. We'd love to come back.
