Villa vacation rentals in Province of Udine

Large house in a great location to visit the surroundings. Impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the beds made us feel immediately at home. The presence of the three bathrooms makes it very useful for three couples as in our case, although one of the rooms is a little smaller. The availability of dishwasher and washing machine detergents is appreciated (which many times does not happen). Keep in mind that the house is arranged on two levels: a mezzanine floor for the living area and a first floor for the sleeping area, accessible only through stairs. This can create problems for people with mobility difficulties.

We spent 2 weeks vacation in this beautiful house in Aprilia. A supermarket with fresh bread and pasta near by. Lignano beaches about 10 min by car. The kids love the house with lots of space. Having breakfast on the terrace every morning. The hosts are lovely and good hearted people. We forgot to bring our bedclothes and towels, but Filomena just organized all the stuff we needed. Veronica was a great host would highly recommend her property. We were staying at her property with a group of 8 due to a wedding. Communication was great, and property was clean its very big and private.

Beautiful chalet in a strategic location within walking distance to the ski slopes. We never moved the car. Quiet and well organized with plenty of space for everyone. Perfect heating, new bathrooms, super-equipped kitchen, top Christmas atmosphere, we entered with the Christmas tree lit. Beautiful stube with wood available. Parking for 2/3 cars and very quiet area. Super recommended!

Very nice accommodation! Nice area to spend your vacation. The contact person is very nice and you can easily communicate with it. If you want to sleep in a non-touristy village, this is definitely recommended!

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

Very clean apartment, large and thoughtfully decorated. We found everything, bath towels, towels, shower products, creams, everything. Mara is a very kind and helpful person. Definitely a positive experience!

Very easy check in and check out! The property is located in a very quiet street and is especially great if you want to leave your car on the property and just walk to the beach , which is merely 4 minutes away. The apartment is very simple but quite well equipped and clean. Lovely little garden to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea. (Lots of mosquitos in the evening therefore not recommended during that time of the day). The car can be parked on the property. Which made it very comfortable. All in all we had a lovely time and definitely would return again!

We spent a wonderful week at Andrea's place, who welcomed us warmly and in a great mood. The cottage is lovingly furnished, you have everything you need. The large garden offered many opportunities to relax. The whole thing was crowned with an amazing view and great starry evenings. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Andrea is the place to be!

Great experience at Mauro's villa! Reserved but not isolated. A quiet neighborhood surrounded by a fantastic landscape. My partner and I felt at home, our dogs had fun in the huge garden. House equipped with many comforts, and Mauro was super hospitable and kind to us, meeting our needs also for check-in and check-out! We hope to be back soon! Thank you Mauro from all of us!

It is a wonderful place to stay, a small house adjacent to a large house, with a large, idyllic garden and a great pool, from which you can overlook the entire Tagliamento. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who provided us with good information. Within walking distance there is a good Alimentari with a small bar. For hikers, there is Monte Pala and a beautiful medieval path to Vito d'asio via San Martino - right outside the front door!

Our family had a fantastic week at Federicas beautiful house. The hospitality was amazing, the pool was perfect and the surroundings were mesmerising. Federicia is the perfect host, and we would definitely like to return in the future.

We had a great stay with friends at Andrea's! The house is beautiful, not to mention the extraordinary view of both the house and the pool, in a peaceful location. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home from day one.

Everything was perfect. Very nice and very well-equipped house. The area is very beautiful. Mauro is very responsive and gave us some great tips for visiting the area. If we have to come back, we'll definitely come back.

Charming house, ideally located to visit Friuli or rest in peace. Nice large room with bathroom. Functional shared kitchen with all the amenities for breakfast. We would like to thank Maurizio and his daughters for their excellent hosting. We'll be happy to go back!
