Condo vacation rentals in Lido Key

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

The condo was lovely, all of the furniture was comfortable and lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking equipment and plenty of dishes and glasses. The beds were comfortable and linens very nice. The location was really good, close to Publix and short drive to restaurants. Short walk to the beach. We have stayed in many different homes and condos on Anna Maria over the past 15 years and this one rates as one of the top . The only drawback for us was climbing the stairs as we are past 70 now and not as nimble as we used to be😬. Brian was a great host! We highly recommend this condo!

Monica is an excellent host who's condo felt like Home the moment I stepped inside. It has a very warm and welcoming energy, and the vaulted ceilings give the space an airy and open feel. This is the second time I've stayed at Monica's and her attention to detail makes the place cozy and comfortable. Shorewalk is in a great location - the complex is quiet, safe and convenient with natural views of trees, wildlife, and water, and the view from Monica's lanai is the best in the complex. It's a quick drive (minutes) to Sarasota Bradenton airport, IMG Academy, the beach, and downtown Bradenton. I've thoroughly enjoyed both times I've stayed, and I'm looking forward to staying there the next time I'm in the neighborhood. Monica is an amazing person and an excellent communicator, and I highly recommend her home away from home for your next getaway; for a few days, weeks or months. It is my first choice when I'm working in the Bradenton area, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

This was a great stay !! The location very convenient ! Very nice and place ! Has 2 bathrooms ! Access to the back yard with a nice pond view ! It has balls and games for the family to use ! And chairs to take to the beach ! Will be back ! Totally recommend !

We have been a repeat customer at this particular unit in the Harbor Villa Club condominium complex in Longboat Key and continue to give it an overall five-star experience. Each and every time we have found the unit to be extremely clean and well stocked for our needs. Nice touches such as supplying beach chairs and umbrellas makes our stay easy and comfortable. The beautiful views out to the bay always inspire us to return. Also, we return to this unit due to the great service we receive from Nikki. During a recent stay the dishwasher had a malfunction. She took care of the problem immediately, making sure we were not inconvenienced during our stay.

Fantastic place. We have stayed at a ton of places, this was the best, most intuitive and well appointed pad. Great kitchen with all the basics and more. Great views and super quiet. My only reservation is providing such a stellar review will mean this place is unavailable when I need to next visit Sarasota. Mean it!

Beautifully appointed 3rd floor space. Amazing view of the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and bars. Sandy pathway from the rear of the home lands you right on the beach (the end that is less congested). The interior has a large open comfortable living space. Great linens and a comfortable king size bed. Bathroom is large and spacious as well. You won't be disappointed if you book this space for your time at the beach!

This air bnb was cozy and had everything we needed!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Despite the recent storms, this was a beautiful place to stay and such a perfect location for the beach. Vince was very responsive and promptly answered any questions we had. The place was clean and very warmly decorated. It was great to have such an equipped kitchen as well. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing host always aimed to please. Place feels a lot bigger than it looks, great layout. New Washer and dryer that works great!! Big new tv in master, Wish we could stay longer but it’s a popular place.

David, was a great host. Everything was perfect until hurricane.We were in a very challenging situation the storm surge was much worse than anticipated. I had no place to go. Communication was brief bc my cell phone battery was low. Somehow we managed & he kept me calm & helped advise me in situations not related to the rental unit. ( my rental car was damaged by the water) He was great in what turned out to be an impossible situation. Sad to see this beautiful area destroyed. Left on foot, it was my only option. David was great Helene was not.

My family and I were very comfortable in the condo during our week. It was roomy enough for the five of us and everything we needed was there. We loved the condo’s beachy decor and having two screened in porches. The short walk to the beach was not bad. It only took us a few minutes to get there. The host was very friendly and responsive, plus gave suggestions of restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place! It had a lot of extra amenities we didn’t expect! The location was great - a short little walk to Venice Beach. Loved the tree lined boulevard just outside the unit. This king sized bed was the most comfortable bed! Thanks for your hospitality, Laura!

The host was not responsive during our stay but overall the condo and outside amenities ie pool and yard were well taken care of and had all the extras that were needed to make the stay very enjoyable. The streets were still being cleaned up from the hurricanes but this property has been cleaned inside and out and is very relaxing oasis

My family had a great stay at the Sanctuary. The place was cozy and looked just like the pictures. The location was great and within easy walking distance of several restaurants and the beach. I enjoyed walking to a nearby coffee shop every morning to start my day. Jessica was always responsive and provided detailed information. Great host! We had a great vacation and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Victoria's condo was even better in person than the pictures. It is very roomy and comfortable. And the garage and carport were very appreciated along with the beach chairs and bikes.

Great place to stay! It was a very safe community with nice extras and was pretty close to the beaches. So nice to have the extra beach supplies to go shark tooth hunting at Caspersen Beach. The condo was clean and spacious.

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

Summer’s place is a nice quiet condo in a small group of condos at the southern end of Tierra Verda with a walking path and bike lanes just outside. There was a nice pool and tennis/ paddle ball courts on the property as well. You are 3 miles from DeSoto Park where all the paths go or you can stroll through different housing developments. The condo was a perfect size for my husband and me and would have worked well for 2 additional people. It is well supplied with all that is necessary for simple cooking. It is on the second floor with no elevator but the steps were easily managed. It is within walking distance of a neighborhood shopping area with several restaurants and a produce market and also kayak rentals although it was too chilly for us to take advantage of that. Bed and pillows were comfortable as were the sofa and loveseat. Close drive to more restaurants and beaches and Clearwater or Tampa

Heidi was the best host we've ever had. She was very friendly, helpful, replied quickly to our questions and even left orange juice and pie for us at our door. The room was clean, well equipped, the bed was comfortable and everything was as described. The heated pool area was very nice and the few people that were there were very considerate and friendly. We would definitely book with Heidi again.

words can't describe the place, totally a beach vacation, the water was so close! The whole place was just as the listing describe. The bed was the the most comfortable bed I have ever slept, the first night we slept for 12 hours and still didn't want to get out of it!! definitely worth the price of the place, would recommend the stay to anyone!!
