We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

Clean, cute place with so many extras that really make your trip worth while. The place was clean and so cute! Yoga mats, condiments, snacks, beach gear, lotion, etc. that make it easy to enjoy your trip without spending money on extra little things. The hosts were amazing, friendly and very responsive with any questions we had. Location is great, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and a market. Would definitely stay again.

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Maria's place was a great find on airbnb, I need a place for my father and I to stay for the night. It was close to where my family lives in Bellflower. Would stay at Maria's place if I am ever visiting family in Bellflower.

Host was very detailed on their instructions; it made check in so easy. They were very responsive to questions and requests, stayed with a friend and she said she would want to stay there should she go back to California. They even followed up the night after check in to make sure things were going well. Thank you for making the stay ease and comfortable!

It was very safe place for my family. It had many extra accessories that was not expected ie games, ping pong, foos ball, corn hole. The commons area was very nice. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Wendy kept us up to date and checked on us frequently. It was very nice.

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean, very nice appliances, comfy beds and crazy nice showers. Short list of guest duties on check out. We had a small snag w the back door locking mechanism but all was handled very professionally by Edgar. We will definitely Hope to stay there again if we’re lucky enough to go back!!! Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a library, a playground, and beach. We loved heading out on foot to grab coffee and walk to the ocean, or to the beach along the canal which was so close and uncrowded. Great shower, washer and dryer in the unit, kind and responsive hosts. The window a/c units in each bedroom provided nice climate control. We were very comfortable and would’ve liked to have stayed longer. There is some road noise at night from the close proximity to 2nd street, and cars must be moved on Thursday/Friday due to street sweeping, but I was able to find parking a few blocks away on 2nd St, so I would suggest doing that rather than looking in the neighborhoods.

Beautiful home and looks just like the pictures! Super close to Disneyland and golf courses. Very clean home, we would definitely stay here again!

Can talk all day. Tarik was very responsive, replying to text and questions almost immediately. I definitely will be booking with him on my next LA trip. House is nicely centered in the Los Angeles area. Neighborhood was quiet. Great experience

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

There is also a little park across the street which was great for the toddler.

Absolutely beautiful views. The villa is well maintained and the decor is perfect for a beach getaway. We loved our time there and the use of the golf cart was a really great plus. Tip for other renters, have your luggage delivered to your door (available as a service at the marina).

This place was an absolute gem...even better than the pics! The spot was clean, spacious, and had beautiful ocean views. The kitchen and bathrooms had nice upgrades as well like heated seats in the primary bathroom :) And the location couldn't be better...just a few blocks from both the beach and the cute town of Venice Beach. Santa Monica and Marina del rey are really close as well! My two adult sons and I stayed here and there was more than enough space for us. I would absolutely go back to this spot again.

My husband and I spent one night at this Airbnb and had everything we needed. It was more spacious than we expected from the photos, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.

Ash’s place is truly a slice of heaven! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the gorgeous views and the beautifully designed interior—it’s clear that so much thought and care went into every detail. The space felt peaceful, welcoming, and instantly like home. I especially appreciated all the small touches that made my stay so comfortable—thoughtfully provided toiletries, essential home cleaning supplies, snacks, and even fresh flowers. Everything was impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was both cozy and elegant. Ash is an incredible host, making sure every detail was taken care of. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway in Laguna Niguel, this is the perfect place. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This place matches the pictures exactly as listed on the Airbnb site. Rosie is very responsive; she provided us with information on local attractions and brought us additional heaters when we mentioned that the room was a bit too cold for us. She also allowed us to check in earlier, which made our day much easier. The golf cart that came with the rental is a must-have. Since the gated community does not allow rental golf carts inside, we were glad to have our own. It made it much easier to come in and out of the community, which is a bit too far to walk, especially when carrying groceries. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of condiments and plates, making it feel like home. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!

We loved our stay at this property. Super clean, had all the items we’d need, the bedding was comfortable and the house smelled fresh and clean. Loved the location by the beach. Only thing “missing” was enough comfortable seating. I’d totally rent this space again!
