Townhome vacation rentals in Lexington

My parents came into town and stayed here for the weekend. It is a lovely space with a full functioning kitchen and great amenities. Brooke and Bob were responsive and answered all questions quickly and clearly! I definitely recommend this Airbnb, it has a lot of character and charm and my parents loved it!

Ben’s was a great host, responding to all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. His place was excellent, clean and very well located, would stay here again!

Ben was such a pleasure to work with!! We decided take a last minute trip from MD to KY to see our daughter who is a student at UKY and needed a place to stay. I messaged and he got back to me so quickly. We made the reservation and when we arrived we had an easy check in. The place was fantastic and location was great. I especially loved that all linens and towels were included! We also made use of the washer and dryer on Saturday evening so I could pack up clean clothes and not have to worry about it when we got home on Sunday. The back little patio looked so cute, wish we could've enjoyed it but the weather didn't cooperate. Ben was also super helpful with suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to dine. All in all, we loved the place and Ben was great to work with!!

10/10 place to stay in Lexington. In a private enclosed parking lot in front of a row of quiet town homes. Felt like a safe area. Easy to walk or drive to restaurants nearby. Comfy beds, and having 2 full bathrooms was great! Lots of towels! Hosts were wonderful in leaving cool recommendations for restaurants nearby. We only had 4 adults here, but with three bedrooms you could comfortably fit 6 adults, 2 in a private bedroom each. No complaints! Would definitely stay again!

We came for Keeneland and Bourbon tours and this house is extremely close to both. We have stayed downtown Lexington before but it is difficult to sleep with all the sirens going off all night. This location is very quiet yet still close to everything. Communication was seamless! Therese was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The home was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.

The location was great. It was close to restaurants, distillery district and in a nice neighborhood. It is unique little place with character. Very responsive to a couple of little issues but it was all ironed out. The house has a lot of character as it was built in 1914 and some of the traits of a historical building do still exist as the steepness of the stairs and the width is a little on skinny side. So just to note for anyone that has mobility concerns the bathroom is on the first floor and bedrooms are on the second floor. I probably won’t have thought twice about except I am still recovering from hip surgery. No one’s fault, just an observation. One other note, the yard for the 4 legged family members is not attached to the house and is a small garden. It is a great little place for them To get out and stretch their legs and relieve themselves but is not a fenced yard to run. Not negative just a note

Very nice townhome in a great location for our needs. It was very clean and comfortable for four of us. She left us great snacks and beverages, coffee, etc. And there were many amenities we did not have to use but were there is necessary. We found some great board games and played Scrabble one night. Thanks for a great experience, Laura. Will definitely stay again if in Lexington.

With two families staying her, we had plenty of space and residence was centrally located to all of the downtown amenities. Thank you for hosting us and we will return to this residence next time we are in town.

Great location, lovely condo!

We love staying at Morgan’s place! It is hands-down the most well-stocked rental I’ve ever visited. We love the addition of the king bed. Everything is clean and comfortable. Morgan’s communications are very generous, personable and responsive. Can’t wait to visit again!

Alison's place was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Wilmore. It is located within walking distance of Asbury University, the local supermarket, and Subway. We were very comfortable and felt at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb to others!

My friends & I stayed here for the Railbird Music Festival. The house was very nice and had all the amenities that we could need & more. Our host was very responsive and made our stay very easy and enjoyable!

Very responsive host with a great house. Close to Keeneland and convenient to many restaurants. It was very clean and as pictured. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Lily's place was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in Lexington. It was close enough to where there was plenty to do, while still having space away from the city. The place was very clean and overall had a welcoming atmosphere that we enjoyed.
