Great location, clean & cute place to stay for a weekend! Worked out perfectly for our needs. Would stay here again!

It was a great stay

We had a lovely stay at Alison’s cottage in Berea. We enjoyed the walkability and the options for food and artisan shops in the area. The house was very, very cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes for drinks and cooking. We ate out most of the time but enjoyed coffee in the morning. Small detail but there were ice cubes ready for us when we prepared our drinks in the evening. We had forgotten to buy ice and were happy that small detail was ready. My favorite part of the house is the little office/sunroom area. I had my coffee there in the morning and watched the rain. Great location and great communication. Will stay in the future when we come to Berea.

Absolutely worth every penny. House was charming with an amazing kichen(even though we didn't cook) but the welcome basket was so nice. The attention our dog got with bowls and the nice fenced in yard was definitely a plus. Close to distilleries, restaurants and shopping. Little over an hour to Louisville where we went to an amazing zoo and the Louisville Slugger museum was such a wonderful experience not only for me but my 25 yr old grandson. Worth the drive. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again. Definitely get 5 stars from us. Great home and great hosts.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cathy’s place. Photos look exactly like the actual house—lovely decor, very clean, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, comfortable living room/tv area, incredibly well-stocked kitchen (we cooked the family christmas dinner there and wanted for nothing). The addition of some christmas decorations and even a beautiful christmas tree were very much appreciated as we celebrated christmas away from home! Everything was perfect. Will definitely stay here again in the future—don’t hesitate to book this one!

We were fortunate enough to stay in this lovely home for three months and could not have been happier. Location, amenities and communication were all 10/10 and we would happily stay again.

Love the location and the layout for our family! Helpful host and even some toys for my boys to play too. Safe location , close to anything you might need. Can’t wait to return!

My husband, three kiddos, & myself stayed for a quick night while in Lexington. Brayhan was super quick with responding, even when we booked super last minute. He even offered to extend our check out a bit when we thought we might need it. The place itself was perfect. Very clean. Our kids enjoyed playing soccer & football in the backyard (big deal to us to have a fenced in backyard!) The pack & play was great for our toddler & I really appreciated the sound machines in every bedroom. The location was nice because it was close enough to the main road to feel safe, but secluded & quiet enough to have a peaceful night. Definitely would recommend!

Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Christine's guest home is very unique and cozy space. It is located on a working horse farm and has a big pool and hot tub for guest use. Christine was a very responsive and accommodating host, she was always around and responsive. I travel to the area often to visit family and I will definitely be staying here again!

We were doing a bourbon tour in Frankfort, but wanted to focus more of our time exploring Harrodsburg and Shaker Village, so Sharon's place was in the perfect location for a quiet retreat with our little dog. We haven't lived in the country for years, so it was wonderful to view the Pink Moon with a beautiful sky full of stars, and enjoy the amazing sunrise the following morning. It was pretty chilly when we were there, but the electric fireplace was a wonderful addition. The lovely little bistro table outside is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee, or a glass of wine or bourbon in the evening. I highly recommend, but pay attention when navigating our Kentucky country roads, as some of them are pretty narrow. We hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

Great place for large family gathering. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely come back.

This a beautiful place! There's horses, trails, the sunset is absolutely amazing and all the stars. Cindy was very nice and responsive. Plus everything is within 10 minutes if you need to buy anything. This is a great getaway!

We have a great time here. It was perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs. We really enjoyed talking the dogs on walks around the grounds. The people were friendly and motor home had everything we needed Also it was about 15-20 Mins to a tons of activities We will definitely be back

My sister and I stayed at Sonya’s Airbnb to go to the crystal kayak tour. Sonya very friendly we fell in love with her , her place is by far one of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed at. Sonya’s dogs would greet us in the morning or whenever we can to the hot tub and pool. The view landscape everything was amazing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We appreciated the extra information about possible flooding in the area. Loved the location for easy access to Red River Gorge for hiking. The recommendation book was full of great information! Very relaxing and an awesome place to stay.

We love staying at Morgan’s place! It is hands-down the most well-stocked rental I’ve ever visited. We love the addition of the king bed. Everything is clean and comfortable. Morgan’s communications are very generous, personable and responsive. Can’t wait to visit again!

I highly recommend this cottage. Extremely clean with all the comforts of home. Keurig with Kcups, breakfast items and bottled water. Wonderful choice of bathroom toiletries. Host greeted us with true southern charm so much that we immediately felt right at home. She even directed us to a local restaurant that was fabulous!! The best part was the peaceful surroundings with a beautiful backyard view of horses and birds from the private deck. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

This was our second stay while we purchased a home in the area. There are not words to describe how perfect this place is. We walked right in and immediately feel like we are home. Our dogs love the yard and stanford is just an awesome and welcoming town! We cannot recommend this place enough! It is so perfectly set up and ideal for both people and pups! The hosts have thought of everything and that’s what makes it so special!

Lisa's place was outstanding! We traveled with our two beagles and it was the PERFECT place for them. The space was super clean and had everything we needed. There was also a yard for our dogs to hang out in. The location was perfect, very close to downtown Lexington but far enough away that it was very peaceful. My dogs didn't want to leave! I will be returning to Lisa's place for sure.

We had a great time here. The location was clean and accommodated our group well. It was very conveniently located to many places. We spent time at the Kentucky Horse Park, The Ark Encounter, and visited 4 Roses and Buffalo Trace distilleries too. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plush. We were even greeted with some local treats waiting for us.
