Condo vacation rentals in Lexington

We very much enjoyed our brief time in this beautifully restored apartment and would gladly stay again. The owners have done a fantastic job maintaining the historic feel of the building while also ensuring all modern conveniences. The location in the middle of the beautiful Kentucky horse country is also terrific. Thank you for a very nice stay.

This place was awesome! I was a bit skeptical because I have never air bnb’d but it turned out great! Me and my brother came down from MI to do some hunting with a friend. Our check in was at 4 and we got to Frankfort around 1 pm. It was easy to find the location and when we drove in one of the hosts husbands was actually there. He’s like a fix it guy and does all the work on the condos for them. Really nice guy and very friendly. That good southern hospitality is what my brother said haha. He even got us in when we got there so we wouldn’t have to wait until 4. I would definitely recommend this place over anywhere else in the area. They provide basically everything you need. Towels, spare blankets, pillows (like brand new in the bag pillows) soap, conditioner, body wash, plates, cups, bowls, etc etc. You name it they probably got it. The bed was comfortable. It had like a memory foam pad or something like that. A tad solid but I’m young so it didn’t bother me. Great place! 20/10.

The best possible, need a quiet, homey place to stay in Lexington. Beautiful place with a view. Felt so safe with everything overall (private garage, key codes to access everything). Everywhere we needed to go for the weekend was not even 10 minutes away and so convenient. Highly recommend!

The getaway is a cross between a small one-bedroom apartment and a hotel suite - at a very nice price. Although a little confusing to find upon first arrival (in the dark), it was very easy to navigate to after that. The apartment was clean and quiet. The getaway was exactly what we needed for our three-day vacation in Kentucky.

This is a great place in a great location. Street parking is easy and right in front of the house, the place was clean and well appointed and having an easy walk to downtown was a plus ! We would definitely book again, choose Wesley’s place with confidence.

Super cozy and clean! As a former Frankfort resident, I appreciate the owners taking a vested interest in the local real estate and bringing a breath of fresh air to the neighborhood. It was a quiet and accommodating stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a nice stay in this cute little condo/apartment. Just what my husband and I needed when visiting friends and enjoying some local spirits for 4 days. Would definitely be back and recommend! Everything was clean, comfy, simple and in a surprisingly quiet complex. Our unit was on the second floor, so only a flight of stairs to walk up and down. The kitchen/living area was smaller and a little more cramped than anticipated but that's really my only complaint if you can call it that. Note that the TV is all app/Internet based and found out when we got there, so bring your passwords to log into any streaming accounts. Thanks for a nice stay!

The place was very homey and comfortable. The area was beautiful and we could walk to restaurants and other local businesses. Would definitely stay here again.

This location is perfect if you need to stay in a central area of Lexington. The apartment was set up with everything one needs for a stay. Brooke communicated easily and effectively when I needed anything. I highly recommend this for a short or long-term stay for one or two people.

This was the perfect place for our 6 girl’s night getaway!! It was 1/2 block from the nightlife we were headed to. No worries about an uber, just had a super short, safe walk. The condo was clean & neat, everything we needed. However, the couch is more of a really nice futon, as opposed to a pullout bed. We could hear a bit from neighbor, so I’m afraid they could hear from us. But I don’t think any complaints! We weren’t partying, just YouTubing and laughing like kids, lol. The instructions for location and entry were clear and Claire was super attentive. I feel like if we’d had any issues, she would have been right on it, but we didn’t. All was great! If we ever need another downtown rental, I will definitely go through Claire. Everyone chimed in, no complaints! And who gets that from 6 middle-aged women?? 😝

We had a lovely stay at John’s beautiful condo in downtown Lexington. The location is great. The condo was spotless and well appointed. It’s very spacious. And the beds are super comfy!

Overall a great place to stay. Very cool space, bigger than the pictures show. Walking distance to lots of places.

Perfect location in Downtown Lexington with easy access to Rupp Arena, UK campus, and downtown entertainment. Very clean, and quiet, with convenient and easy to access garage parking.

The location for this condo was ideal, particularly for graduation. We easily walked over to Rupp Arena, and had easy walking access to the downtown area. The two parking spots provided within the building were helpful. Communication was very good and the accommodations suited our needs. Thank you!
