We had a wonderful time at Nick’s Place. Great wood cabin with very warm heating during our stay where we had a snowstorm. Very cozy and wonderful view of the mountains.

It's been a pure delight staying in James's super sweet and cozy apartment. James has paid attention to details that are very often overlooked by other hosts, making comfort for his guests a priority. I felt instantly at home and James is super responsive and kind and cares about his guests, and their well-being, taking care of any issues that may arise immediately. The apartment is lovely and on a quiet street, with the best neighbors and a very peaceful serene place to stay. The bed is very comfortable and a fully appointed kitchen awaits. You have everything within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarket, wonderful art museum, gas station around the corner, beauty salons, a library, and more! Livingston Manor is a charming town nestled in the Catskills and surrounded in every direction by stunning natural scenery and access to lakes, fishing, nature walks, hiking, and more incredible towns! You will thoroughly enjoy your stay in James's place and exploring the area!

100/10 every time! This is a hidden gem in the Catskill mountains. The loft is clean, quiet, private, and worth the drive. Its proximity to ski resorts, hiking, trails, and the mountain towns makes it the perfect location for either a quick getaway or a longer stay! Thanks again, Brian!
