We had a fantastic time at Nick's Place. The cottage is gorgeous, and very cozy. Michael and Lynne have put a lot of care into making sure you feel at home in the space. The surrounding area is beautiful, and extremely quiet and peaceful. We went to see a meteor shower, and can confirm the cottage is a great place for star viewing. Also the nearby town of Livingston Manor is very cute and fun to explore if you're in town for a few days. 10/10 experience, would love to stay here again!

My husband and I came out here for a marriage retreat and it was such a blessing to stay and Brian’s loft! He was super helpful and friendly. The views of the mountain from the loft were stunning. We drove to several small towns for some shopping and also went to kaaterskill falls which is amazing! We utilized the fire pit and grill on site at loft. It was a perfect romantic and cozy getaway spot and will be back!

Kai's place was perfect for our week-long stay. It's a homey, rustic cabin that fits the atmosphere of the Catskills. It provided a great space for us to either relax inside with a view of beautiful autumn leaves out the many windows, drive into the charming town of Andes, or go further afield to explore the larger area. We had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, perfectly adequate bathroom with shower stall, comfortable bed with a warm down comforter, and use of the wood stove. Plenty of hot water and well-functioning central heat were appreciated. Kai was very quick to respond when I had a question and even gave a great recommendation on where to buy starter logs for the stove. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

This house offered the perfect cozy weekend getaway for my partner and I. Private and serene with beautiful surrounding woods, and you can hear the stream nearby while sitting outside. The wood stove kept the house nice and warm, and the host provided plenty blankets, cooking essentials, books, puzzles and more. Would come back here again for another weekend retreat!
