Exactly as advertised. Convenient location to get to the river. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart to bring the kayaks to the river park. Overall comfortable and convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay on the river. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the view from back room was amazing.

My family and I had amazing stay at Chelsea Tropical Oasis for are yearly trip to Florida. It was just as described. My boys loved the pool and the game room. We were so happy we could bring our dog and the backyard was great for her.

Sunny was a great and responsive host. The property is really nice with a huge backyard. For the price you pay this is a great spot. Sunny was very helpful, and made sure our questions were answered in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend his place if visiting the area.

We had such a marvelous time at camp collop. What. Magical place. Everything was so very well maintained and well stocked house with All the amenities you would need to enjoy your time on the water. The access to the river was perfect. The kids enjoyed the rope swing and we enjoyed the convenience of paddling and being able to come back to the home easily without having to go to the parks or stand in lines etc. the town of dunnellon had so many amenities so close to the house...dinner each night was less than 10min from the house. Everyone in my family said this was one of the best vacations they had gone on ...the peacefulness of this home and location transmitted a beautiful sense of magic. We all want to come back soon. This was worth it...you won't go wrong staying here and enjoying all the amenities this place has.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Dunnellon. The home is quite large and has plenty of space to spread out. The home is quiet, comfortable and very clean. The home doesn’t have cable tv however the hosts shared streaming options.

Well crafted and cared for accommodations. We parked our car and walked or biked everywhere. Beautiful location. Great island. There is much hurricane damage in Cedar Key, but there are plenty of places up and running and much to see and do. We count it as one of our favorites and plan to return.

I gave the place all 5's because it deserves it. However, people should know this is NOT on a beachfront and the "beach" is only a gulf shoreline 100 steps away. For those of us who love strolling along a commercial way located on a shore, this is perfect. And, to be honest. I was not looking for a beach, so I did cannot tell you how far it is to a beach. However, there is a little park right across the street for kids to play on and everything except a grocery store is within walking distance. If you like Key West but hate the crowds, Cedar Key is Perfect. We loved it and the space even had a lounger AND a comfy couch. YAY. Locals were all eager to talk to us and tell us about a Tiki Bar, and a boardwalk nature area adjacent to an OLD cemetery. Wife and I are retired and we LOVED it. So...Beachfront? well....no. Great place to visit and take life slower without battling traffic? YES

Lovely well kept home, has as easy check in and was close to most restaurants and shops in town. I must say, a bit overpriced, but will still stay there again!

Super responsive to any issues, which were normal home issues -very happy with my stay would definitely stay again!!

Highly Recommend! Found this gem last minute for a spontaneous weekend get away with hubby. Amazing views!! The place was just adorable and we felt so comfortable right from the greeting by Sonya; She was delightful. Dace was on top of everything, and patient with me being somewhat new to AirBnB. I have to admit, the elevator did make me feel ritzy for a weekend too, loved that! I know hotels have them but it’s different in a house & going up 4 floors! Oh, and no need to stop at the Welcome Center before check in. Sonya & Dace have everything you need in a binder right there on the table! Super helpful & saved us a stop. lol We will 100% stay here again!

Due to Hurricane Helene, Patricia was very proactive and had our reservation to another unit at the same location that was great. We appreciated her doing that for us and would stay with her again when her unit is back in order. We love Cedar Key!

We stay at the same place every time we come to Cedar Key (usually twice a year) but this time we decided to change it up, glad we did. This apt is so adorable, nicely decorated, perfect size for my husband and I. It had everything you could need. Also loved that it was on the bottom floor, no steps or stairways. The pictures were spot on. Cannot say enough about it or the hosts Laura and Tom. We loved it so much we plan to come back very soon.

Jenny's condo is perfectly located, right on the Gulf of Mexico with gorgeous views of the sunrise AND sunset, and still easily walkable into the heart of Cedar Key. Close to bakery, restaurants, shops, etc. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Just be aware - there are plenty of steps to reach this top floor unit, which might be too much for older folks. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely loved this vacation home away from home last weekend. This is one where you start envisioning yourself living there. Definitely will rent again. We’re coming back this weekend as well, but unfortunately this unit isn’t available.

Other than the damage that is still visible in Cedar Key you would never know by the attitude and friendliness of the people. Ken and Marylee’s place was so comfortable and beautiful. They had everything we needed including Kayaks for a fun trip around the Key. We could walk everywhere: shops restaurants, museums bars, etc. We were there in February so bugs weren’t a problem. We will definitely be back!

Lori is a great host and we loved her condo! We had a minor issue when we checked in and Lori resolved it quickly and efficiently. Cedar Key is still recovering from the effects of Hurricane Helene but it is a charming small town in a beautiful area with good restaurants and shops and we loved the seafood. I should add that the condo did not suffer any damage from Helene and it was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable with a great king size bed in the main bedroom. We certainly hope to return!!

Very organized and communicative host. The apartment was nice, very clean, and exactly as described. Not sure how I felt about our exit tasks as guests but we really enjoyed our stay. Loved Cedar Key - a very special place.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

Katie was extremely hospitable! She was a great hostess, and it was our pleasure to stay here. The house was in perfect working order.
