I felt like I was at home staying at one Carlos’s place. He was very responsive and kind and generous host. We had lots of water and kitchen supplies and my kids enjoy the backyard with all the toys and mini golf with playgrounds. Definitely a safe place.

This places was great. Super convenient location if you're looking to do some kayaking around the local springs. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Everything was as it stated in the listing. Enjoyed the stay, would have stayed longer but was already booked. Jacqui was easy to get in touch with and very detailed in her responses.

We had a good time and would stay there again. The five acres gave us plenty of space for walking our dogs. The two flights of outside stairs leading up to the second floor were not a problem. The first floor appeared to be used for storage and a garage.

We had a wonderful stay! The description and pictures of the property were spot on. The location was lovely and we all enjoyed the house, property, and the local amenities. It was stocked with the kitchen utensils we needed, as well as being a comfortable place for a gathering of friends and family. I highly recommend booking here. If you are having a small family or friends gathering, you will not be disappointed. The river view was beautiful and peaceful and we all enjoyed kayaking up and down the gorgeous Rainbow River. The local town was lovely to visit, as well. With quaint shops and dining options. Take advantage of this location. If you have ever wanted to experience cabin life on the river, this is the place for you! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this place! Rich was wonderful about communicating and anticipated our every need. The place was clean, peaceful , and the beds were comfy!! Would stay there again!

Our kids and new grandbaby came to visit and we needed a little more room to stretch out together so we figured we would visit an area of Florida from our bucket list. So glad that we stumbled upon Jonathan's listing. All the space was a breath of fresh air, and each of us had plenty of room for privacy while there was plenty of communal space for meals and games. Home far exceeded the listing and Jonathan was always quick to respond to any of our questions Everything was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to make all of our meals with what was provided. Knives were sharp which is always a plus. If there wasn't something we needed it was an easy run to nearby stores from this quiet neighborhood. And top bonus! It is only 10 minutes from Rainbow Springs, 45 to Silver Springs, and 20 to Crystal River.

Quiet neighborhood, close to many attractions and areas. I would stay there again.

Home away from home! The home was exactly as described, beautiful location, spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The lanai was our favorite spot each morning and evening. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at Tera’s Airbnb. The house was clean and very nice. My kids brought their bikes and rode to the park everyday. It was a great location for us as we were going to HITS everyday.

The place is amazing. Modern but at the same time rustic. We enjoyed a great weekend, everything was perfect.

My family and I had amazing stay at Chelsea Tropical Oasis for are yearly trip to Florida. It was just as described. My boys loved the pool and the game room. We were so happy we could bring our dog and the backyard was great for her.

Perfect place for our family vacation, great for kids! Located on a quiet street and private. Alexandra was a most excellent host. Always available if we needed anything or had any questions. Highly recommend!

We spent the month at Starla’s place and had an enjoyable time. It is in the country and very quiet. We loved the fact it had a fenced in yard for our dog. Well appointed and equipped with what we needed for our time there. Pool and outside sitting area was great. TVs in each bedroom, LR and outside sitting space are nice if you have several individuals that like to watch different shows. About 15 minutes from restaurants and activities. Very quiet and restful place.

We had a wonderful time in this perfectly located house on rainbow river! The home itself was quaint, cozy and clean. It has a ton of books and games inside - outside we could launch the kayaks and paddle boards from the garage straight into the water in the backyard. It was chilly so the pool was too cold to go in, but they left firewood for us to have a warm fire inside and even outside using the portable fire pit. Matt was great and very attentive too, helping us make sure we got into the home easily. We will be back!!

I was visiting Crystal River area for kayaking and a nature get away. Place was great for that purpose. The only negative that I can think of is that the small heated pool didn't heat up properly and if I I'm not mistaken the pictures show that part of the house covered but it was not. Aside from that everything was great, I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

I loved the house. The neighbors were quiet, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.i will definitely book again.

Cheryl’s place was great for my dog and I! I was only in town for a few days, and I almost wish I got to stay longer. It’s definitely off the beaten path, but if that’s what you’re looking for it’s a perfect destination.

It was nice and easy to get around my uses a scotter to get around and it was nice to go from one room to another there was wide open floor plan

The tree house is a special place. We had a very relaxing stay and never wanted for anything. Cedar Key is a very nice town and the locals are very friendly. Great location for fishing and kayaking. We enjoyed eating at Steamers and the Tiki Bar. We got a chance to meet Cassandra and Mike — very nice people. You can tell they put a lot into The Tree House. We hope to visit again.

The farm was a wonderful break from the city. It's very quiet and peaceful. Waking up and seeing the farm animals was fun. Homey space, clean, comfortable and safe. Directions to the place was clear and communication with Nicole was easy.

We had a great stay. Tiny home with everything we needed. Sink, microwave and fridge was convenient to have in the room. The location was perfect. Many farm animals greeted us in the morning and the cutest cat ever. Was nice to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather. Bathroom in the barn had everything we needed. Nice hot water, pressure was a little low but it worked fine. We would definetly stay again of we return to the area.

What a wonderful weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of south Florida. So relaxing, quiet, and peaceful. Will definitely be back!
