Monthly Rentals in Levanto

The space was just as Paolo and Marina described it. It was walking distance to the station to take the train to hikes in Cinque Terre. Tips on restaurants in Levanto were in the property. Recommended!

The place is even more beautiful than in the photos! Very large and very clean, the view from the terrace is stunning! The hosts were incredibly kind! As in most Italian homes, earplugs can be useful, as neighbors talk and have their dogs outside around 11 p.m. Loved our stay in Levanto, the apartment was great and the welcome was warm! Thank you!

This is a cozy little apartment in the middle of Levanto, with everything you need in close proximity. It serves as a great starting point for hiking within Cinque Terre, and there is a great hiking trail to the north-most city of Cinque Terre, Monterosso, from Levanto. The apartment itself is of very high quality, and we have nothing to complain about. Really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend!

Claudia’s place is in a small village on the hills above Levanto. It feels like home. She put care & thought into it. It’s a 45min walk from Levanto but there is a bus that runs a few times p/d. Cinque Terre is a 15min train ride from Levanto. Levanto is a lovely beach town. Claudia is a real gem. She picked me up from the station, took me to an atm & grocery store before dropping me off at her place. She also took me to the station at the end of my stay. My only issue was that the man in a neighbouring apartment was inappropriate & harassed me. Claudia handled the situation wonderfully. She was supportive, believed me & addressed it directly with him. She undertook to further address it. My stay would’ve been perfect had it not been for him. My advice before booking (esp. if you’re a female &/solo traveller) is to ask Claudia if the issue has been addressed & the measures put in place to prevent this. Claudia and her place deserves 5 stars. The issue was out of her control.
