We used Little Isla's as a base for our travels around Scotland. The place was beautiful, quiet and extremely comfortable. Despite the weather, the residents of Strathmiglo were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. Shirley was amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a more friendly or proactive host. I cannot rate Shirley, or Little Isla's, highly enough. To say we miss it is an understatement

beautiful home, well presented and maintained. Great accommodation for a large family gathering, bedrooms are in different areas making them all feel quite private. Excellent kitchen with plenty of workspace , and a good amount of trays, bowls etc. very well equipped, and table large enough for every guest. In a few minutes walk you are on the village main street with bakers, pub, and take away restaurants, and larger shopping is a 10 minute drive. would not hesitate to return

We absolutely loved our stay and were super comfortable! It’s clear that Alison has put a lot of love and care into the place. All the little details have been thought about and it was absolutely spotless. We stayed over Christmas and even received Christmas gifts and a lovely little card. Alison went above and beyond! Can fully recommend this stay.

Super little place stocked full of so many treats and things to do which made our stay so enjoyable. Lovely area with a nice pub just a two minute walk away. Mark was such a welcoming host and he was on hand for everything we needed.
