We had a wonderful holiday. The house as well as the communication with Roland and Rali were very friendly and we felt really welcome. So much hospitality is really rare to experience. The house is very nice and we are already missing the stove. The area is adorable, a perfect family vacation. We will remember the days very well. Many thanks to Roland and Ralitza. You can't ask for better hosts!!!

We felt very comfortable in the house, also because the problems that occurred with the heating at the beginning of Reinhard were quickly resolved by fast and good communication. The equipment of the house is almost sensational, there is nothing that does not exist, in the kitchen, in the bedrooms, with games, dishes ... everything you need is there. The house itself is a beautiful and well adapted house that has been around for many years. It has been prepared lately, but you can tell in some corners that it is a little out of the ordinary. However, this does not detract from the overall impression, we 😉 felt comfortable despite creaking floors. The only recommendations would be better blackout in the bedrooms and sealing the windows in the living room. It was a great stay for us. We, our children and grandchildren really enjoyed it. Thank you to Reinhard for the really quick help.

It was all as in the photo, we were in town in 5-10min by taxi and in 5min at the main train station. Host was very friendly and uncomplicated, very flexible and everything was very clean, towels and bedding were available. Only: unfortunately there were quite a lot of moths, we were not sure whether clothes moths or food moths. Otherwise, everything worked out great.

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. The area was quiet and the surrounding is picturesque. Safe to stay with a dog the garden is closed. I can recommend it without hesitation.

We've been to Annelies for the second time this year. Like last time, everything worked out fine. Annelies will be available any time. The house is cozy and bright and well equipped. Since we were this time in the winter, we also used the sauna and also spent cozy hours in crackling fires. The view is simply unbeatable. Like in April, we were able to enjoy the sun on the cozy terrace this time in winter. We would come back anytime. Thank you again for letting us bring our dog. Best regards and see you soon.

We visited over Christmas with the kids and our dog. The contact in advance was smooth. We were warmly welcomed and guided through the house, there was immediately an open ear for special requests. Very beautiful and quiet location, the view from the upper floor through the large glass portal to the mountains a dream. The place was very clean, you had everything you needed and the sauna was tried right away. The run in front of the door and the walks for our dog were perfect. This place is truly a gold find. We felt immediately comfortable. The cabin was very clean and has everything you need. Even the hot pot was preheated. Birgit and Bernhard were very attentive and straightforward. Thanks for the lovely weekend!

The house is amazing and elegant. All the apartments in the house are beautiful and large. Beautiful pool and services. A couple of issues are related to the gate entrance that was broken and to the air conditioning that was present only in a part of the house.

Starting point for countless walks and hikes, the location is perfect at the end of a dead end, so you can really enjoy absolute tranquility. The view is phenomenal. Graz is only a good 30 minutes drive away. The farmhouse itself is so lovingly and cozy. The place is well maintained, clean and well appointed. There are all the important things. Last but not least, one should not go unmentioned: THE PHENOMENAL GARDEN. This definitely makes a dog mom's heart beat faster. Our two rabbits had as much fun as playing wild in it. The attention to detail can be seen on every corner. Finally, I would like to commend the extremely loving hosts and owners, who were always available and incredibly friendly. It was a dream, so we imagined a quiet weekend. Beautiful views from the entire property and especially from the sauna. The house includes everything you need. It was just a perfect weekend, thank you. Also a lot of praise to the owners, everything was super clean.

The perfect place to spend a weekend or an entire week! The house is absolutely fantastic. Everything is in the right place, and it’s super clean and cozy. Spacious and warm bedrooms, a huge living area, and a sauna with the best view in Austria. Konrad is a superb host! He is very responsive and extremely polite. There’s plenty of room for any activities, with stunning views from every room, allowing you to observe the beauty of nature right from your bed. It’s also close to charming small towns with great restaurants and ideal for day trips to Gruner See or even Hallstatt. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! It is a beautiful, modern studio, located in a very quiet area, with only sounds of the forest as ambient sounds. The shared pool is beautifully situated with a great view. However, a stay in the studio is not recommended for families with small children due to the lack of a kitchen and plenty of living space, but ideal to watch some TV or spend some time on the spacious balcony after a day out, also this with a great view. In our opinion, the studio is therefore not suitable for spending whole days in. Theresia responded very quickly to our questions and although there were initially no baby cot and chair present and I failed to make a connection with the WiFi, she did ensure that this was resolved as soon as possible. It was also very pleasant that the car could be placed under a carport given the severe weather. Shops and restaurants are about a 10-minute drive away.

Gerhild's cottage fully met our expectations, we enjoyed the tranquility and took many nice walks with our dog. The view from the cozy living room and from the spacious bedrooms to the Riegersburg is simply priceless. Gerhild was friendly, helpful and always responded immediately to our questions - she patiently explained the wood central heating to us and even put together a few walking routes that revealed the paths we would not have otherwise found. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

Very quiet and comfortable place, with great heating and clean furniture, everything looks new and welcoming. The host is responsive and always available. Great stay for the price, in excellent part of town, close to the store and inviting for a walk in the afternoon. The building is old, Shakespearean like, never before seen blend of modernity and past, the kitchen table overlooks the city and the Alps, having breakfast with purple sunrise will certainly stay in my memory.

We stayed at Lukas's place for five days. We enjoyed it very much. The cabin is very cozy. It has everything you need. The highlight is definitely the old stone oven in the cottage, which provides warmth in no time and where you can cook and bake well. We were on site as a family of five, and we didn't lack anything. The area is indescribably beautiful. Shopping is 10 minutes away. The cabin is fully furnished and very clean Even upstairs, there is a separate toilet available. We will come back very, very gladly. We had the pleasure of spending the turn of the year at Sepp's cabin and it was just a wonderful experience! Even in advance, communication was straightforward and all the details were clearly described – there were no surprises except the positive ones! The cabin itself was very cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. Particularly noteworthy is the oven, which made the cabin warm in a short time – perfect for warming up after a long winter walk. Despite the rustic charm, everything was super clean and very well maintained, which made the stay all the more pleasant. We were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest and appreciated the peace and seclusion. It was the perfect place to get away from it all and welcome the new year relaxed.
