Very beautiful place and very friendly host! Highly recommended.

I stayed in Emilio's apartment for 3 days and two nights. Emilio was immediately extremely flexible on check-in time; in fact, being unable to arrive at 4:00 pm, after communicating it, he welcomed us at 6.45 pm personally, showing us the accommodation. Also on checkout extended the stay by about 1 hour. The house was very clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities (shampoo, salt, pepper, coffee, etc.). The location is also extremely convenient; in fact a few minutes by car you have access to the thermal baths of Saint Vincent, and the city center. I therefore recommend, if you happen to the parts of Saint Vincent, to stay in their apartment for the kindness of the owners and for the comfort due to the location of the house.

Florian, was really impeccable in all the extra directions. The apartment is pleasant in all aspects. Simple but effective just like we were looking for it. The location is also great for a short time to reach the ski resorts but also to see the old town of St.Vincent. Super positive experience!

Our stay was just perfect! Apartment is very neat and maintained on the highest level. We enjoyed lots of details, excellent cleanliness and how hosts do care of their guests. Property is stuffed so smart that every tiny thing you might need is definitely there. Special note for the families: its more that appropriate place to stay in, we felt very comfortable with 3 kids. Tricky door-to-door waste disposal rules were confusing at the beginning, but then we got used to them very soon.  All in all, apartment is highly recommended and definitely is worth its money.
