I came here with a large group of people and we fit perfectly. What a perfect location, right in the center of Bakewell and surrounded by beautiful walks. Really well stocked kitchen as well.

Really lovely stay in the Manor House for a family gathering for a surprise 40th birthday, the house is beautiful has everything you would need, lovely cake and fizz on arrival. And house beautifully decorated for Christmas which just added to it :)

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The space is great and as an extra bonus, you get to use a heated pool and brilliant games room. We went early Jan and there was loads of snow, as well as pretty cold temperatures, but the house warmed up very quickly and we were always more than comfortable. The property is close enough to Bakewell for a short drive or taxi ride, should you want to venture into town. We're thinking about going back in the summer.

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

Great place for a get together, pool was nice and warm and kids loved it. Also useful to have different cottages so everyone could get a nap or work done. Would recommend

Really great location. Very comfortable and helpful host. Really lovely welcome basket and they even put up a Christmas tree for our stay! Really nice touch- thank you. Proper provision of the stuff you need like loo roll and tea bags - much appreciated.

Fantastic location for our needs. Everything was extremely clean. Robert was a very helpful host and answered any questions we had. The wif was very fast which was important for us. We felt right at home for our stay and we will certainly use again when we are back in the area for work commitments. thank you very much for a great stay

The house was perfect for our weekend stay and had everything that we needed. We used all three bedrooms but the one with a double bed is very small and you can only get out of the bed on one side. We ended up swapping around a bit for our second night. Our hosts, Marlena and her husband were brilliant and really quick to respond when we had a problem with the bedroom door and the tv. I would recommend this house to anyone needing to stay in Nottingham (and the shower was really good).

Kaisa’s Airbnb was amazing! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed—it honestly felt like a home away from home. The vibe was immaculate, and the location was spot on, close to everything but still chill and quiet. Kaisa was such a great host—super friendly, quick to respond, and made everything so easy for us. Honestly, for the price we paid, it was a steal. Totally worth it, and I’d 100% stay here again. Thanks for the awesome stay, Kaisa! You really made our trip unforgettable.

If there are any groomsmen or bridesmaids going to The West Mill looking for a decent place to stay and get ready together then this is your spot. Nice and quiet place, great heating, on suite in every room. 100% recommend.

Pear Tree House was a delight. Beautiful, clean, cosy accommodation - the pictures do not do it justice! Tastefully decorated and well stocked, perfect for our get together - everyone was amazed! Our hosts were communicative and super helpful and organised the rooms for lots of single sleepers. Kitchen had lots of cultlery/utensils, crockery and glasswear - often overlooked by other Air BnBs. The Coffee Maker was a hit! The Living room was cosy and using the Smart TV was a breeze. The Bedrooms were well stocked with space for clothes, additional charging cables and side tables! The showers were lovely and hot and lots of lovely extra touches were provided which really made the stay easy, homely and comfortable. Lots of additional information was left to help us, all the amenities and facilities worked brilliantly and there is plenty of parking! It is easily one of the best stays I have ever had! I would highly recommend for families, couples get aways or friends catching up.

The place is easy to find, clean and home away from home. James is very responsive to all our queries and clear communications. 10 minutes walk to train station and there is a local Sainsbury's as well as buses nearby.

Elliott house was such a lovely stay. Instructions were clear and check in was super easy. It's in a lovely location and it was spotless clean too. There was a basket eith biscuits and teas/coffee on arrival and the heating was on so it was lovely a cosy (especially handy when it's - 1* outside) the parking is right outside too. We all loved it. With some comments from others with us that the photos online didn't do it justice! The hot tub was a great addition and an added bonus was feeding the animals with Vic too. I'm pretty sure that's a activity for the kids but we (a group of 7 adult women) absolutly loved it. Fresh eggs from the chickens were a lovely touch (and delicious) I'd recommend this place for frienda and family and it's jst as good for adults only as it would be for families with children. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Stayed at this property for a relaxing birthday weekend and it was so worth it. Lloyd was amazing! Easy to get in touch with, always there to help us & was so lovely. The property was clean and well kept! They also had a folder marked ‘information’ which was a great idea to help guests understand certain parts of the property. It was just the perfect spot for a calm & cosy staycation. I would definitely recommend potter house, the location was also perfect!

A lovely house, very clean and light, we loved the decore. The kitchen was very well equipped. The hot tub was very private and the lights and projector made it even more enjoyable in an evening. The robes and towels were lovely and soft. Will definitely be returning.
