We had a great stay at Cara’s, it is in a good position and ideal for walking into town and all that East Leake has to offer. Choose to stay here it’s lovely inside.

A nice studio apartment in an Edwardian terrace house with a very comfortable bed and a good desk chair (better than the one in the photos). Good wi-fi and nice natural light, with southern and eastern exposure. There is another larger kitchen below the room, shared with the other guests, that has a full oven. Easy bus access into Nottingham and a short walk from Aldi. Tomasz was very friendly and helpful. I'd gladly stay again!

We stayed for a two week stay at this lovely studio apartment, spotlessly clean with plenty of fresh linen, well stocked kitchenette and comfortable soft furnishings, all situated right in the heart of Arnold in Nottingham, with all its lovely shops and cafés. Parking on site and close proximity to buses into Nottingham. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

It was one of the best accoms. we cud ask for. We genuinely had no difficulties with the place. It had more than enough amenities. We felt like we were at home and more. The host was also extremely communicative with an instant response time. The location is extremely central with many options for food and grocery nearby. We thought there would be a lot of noise but to our surprise we couldn’t hear anything. Would highly recommend staying here if you visit.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. The new lock, once mastered, meant that we could get in easily and didnt have to worry about who had the key. The flat was described as cosy, but the only cosy bit was the height of the ceiling in some parts, there was plenty of room for the 2 of us to have our own space and be together. The bed was comfy, the shower good and strong. The couple of issues that we had were sorted quickly without fuss. It is in an excellent location for our purposes, near to town but close to our family. We hope we can stay again.

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

It was really great staying with Mandip. Its just beyond my expectations. Room was really cozy and neat, even the bathroom was very clean. I opted only because of the en suite availability and it was really worth. There is a fridge and microwave that helped me a lot during my 3 days stay. She was very supportive and friendly. Very clean and nice place. I walk bare foot and there is simply not a slightest clue of dust. Place is perfect, near all high streets, shopping centre and has good view of city. Heater works rapid and warm, bed is comfortable. A very good experience.

Great place, easy to check in and a close walk to town and all the things you needed, was perfect for what we needed.

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location and building wasn’t what we expected but still felt nice and private once inside. Room looks exactly like the pics. The hosts were really attentive and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Definitely recommend here for someone to stay the night.

We stayed at Raffaele’s place for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect - the loft apartment is even better than it looks in photos and has lots of quirky decorations. The hot tub and sauna are a bonus, and the bedroom is stunning (especially the shower and giant bed). Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring eye masks as there are no curtains - we could only find 2 in the main bedroom. Raffaele was super responsive and provided great recommendations!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The cottage is charming and cozy—perfect for a weekend escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The location is stunning, and we especially loved relaxing in the impressive hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views. It made for a truly special Mother’s Day weekend, and we can’t wait to return in the future. Thank you so much!
