Our stay was magnificent! We have two kids under two and the house was absolute perfection for our family vacation. Plenty of space for the kids to play but not so much that they could easily get into mischief. Natasha was so easy to work with and really helped accommodate our family when we ran into a few unexpected and completely out of her control circumstances. She was very responsive and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and easy!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Andy's place recently and it was absolutely beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed! Comfy bed, kitchen with clean appliances and cookware, screened in lanai with fenced backyard, great water pressure in shower! Located in downtown Cape Coral, easily walkable to Winn Dixie and downtown restaurants. We enjoyed the back porch with a TV for cozy nights outside! We will definitely stay again when we can!

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

Our stay at Crown Pointe met or exceeded all expectations. It started with a welcome book with detailed instructions. The inside of the home was very spacious and very clean. As an, example the inside of the refrigerator looked brand new! The pool was large and the chairs and table surrounding it were used for meals every day. We have stayed at other Airbnb's before and this one was by far the most equipped with nearly everything we needed: plates, glasses and cups, pans, utensils, bowels, towels, beach equipment, many TV's, etc. The Community Center about four blocks away with an exercise room was used many times as was the Pickleball courts. The location provided easy access to beaches, restaurants, Downtown Naples, stores, etc. Highly recommend.

This was my first AirBnB booking and it was better than I expected! We had 6 adults on this trip and the house was perfect for us. We loved the location, the house was well stocked, and was plenty big for us all! Check-in was easy, we had no issues with anything, and would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I had an amazing week staying at Samantha's cottage! It was everything we were looking for and more. This property was perfect for my wife and I for a week's stay in Naples. The home was very comfortable, and nice quiet neighborhood. Close to many beaches, shopping and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, as where the couches, and the seating in the outdoor screened porch. We cooked some meals in and the kitchen was fantastic along with the gas gill on the back patio. Honestly, the best stay and most fun we have had in all of our travels. We typically stay beachside, but this was the perfect place so nice and quiet after a day at the beach. Was also very nice to have the washer and dryer, being able to park right outside and a private yard and setting. We can't wait to come back again next year! Brad and Mindy
