This place is in a great area. Definitely bring your boat or even a paddle board because there is kayak launch on the premises and boatlaunches nearby. Resturants are in walking distance but there is also the option to bring and drive a golf cart on the roads in this area during daylight hours which is even better than short walk back with a full belly! We were excited to notice the owner has a peice of decor in this apartment with Morse Code written on it. I wouldn't want to spoil that little surprise for the next guest so Good Luck to future guests on finding and translating this little surprise. 😄

Beautiful spot! Cozy and close to downtown Cape Coral with restaurants and nightlife. Right on the canal. We are going to book again on our next trip!

Our stay was GREAT!! We really appreciated the extra effort that Angie went through to make sure our stay was wonderful even after the recent damage from the hurricanes. We had a very minor issue (missing can opener) that Angie remedied very quickly. She provided a couple of solutions, and everything worked out just fine. We really do enjoy that location and will certainly make that the first choice whenever our travels bring us back to the Ft. Myers area. Angie has set the bar really high when comparing other hosts to how she performs. She definitely helps make our stay a wonderful experience.

Great place! Clean, beautiful spot on the canal. Bikes were a huge plus, easy and safe ride to the JW Marriott everyday for a work conference. Definitely recommend!

very clean space. just what was needed for a long weekend

We were a family of six in town for a wedding. Definitely would love to come back! 100% agree with the guests who reviewed and said the house is much nicer and bigger than the pictures. So bright and clean, spacious, and perfect for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone inside and out. Kitchen is huge with nice appliances, and an island that seats 4 for people to sit at with additional kitchen table and dining room table. Lanai has a big table and more seating. Tons of seating on couches and a sectional with a large TV. The pool and spa are so nice, we were in them the whole time. Beds comfy and a bathroom in every room. The master bath had a huge bathroom and soaking tub and another huge bathroom outside of the rooms. Also, Anna gave us a garage door opener which was so nice to park our car in the garage. She was very responsive. We enjoyed it very much- thank you, Anna!

Had a great stay with my husband and 3 little ones. Chelsea’s house was spotless and had everything we needed - we especially appreciated the pack n play and high chair! The location is great - we loved the proximity to Mercato and the beach. The screened front porch and back patio were so cute. Chelsea was an amazing host - so friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in August when we moved kid to college. Is an excellent well kept home. Plenty of room for entire family and swam in the pool every evening. Quiet neighborhood, yet only minutes from restaurants and the beaches. Will most definitely stay here again when in town.

Amazing house in the wonderful community. We stayed there for a month and really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, spacious, with awesome swimming pool. The community itself has great amenities, and kids really enjoyed community pool slide.

Beautiful condo - the pictures are what you walk into. Jeremy and Amanda are truly super hosts - so quick with gracious responses. The place is peaceful oasis in a clean condo complex. We had all we needed. Though Ft. Myers Beach is rebuilding from Ian, what has been restored provided for scenic walks with a spirit of hope within the community. People are very friendly. The beaches are beautiful- there are a lot of sea shells, so aqua socks can eliminate the challenge. We hope to return to this paradise! I highly recommend this and anything Jeremy and Amanda are hosting!

Very cute and clean condo! The kitchen was large and the condo was well decorated. Jennifer was great at communicating. Overall we really liked the condo. This was our first time to marco island and we loved it! We will definitely be returning!

We loved staying at this condo! It was very spacious and clean. There was lots of storage. There was a storage closet in the garage where we kept our bicycles. There was another storage room just outside the condo, in the hall. The condo has beautiful views of the bay from every room! We loved sitting out on the balcony, watching the boat traffic and the sunrise. The heated pool was excellent! The water is kept at 86°! Tom was wonderful to work with. He kept us informed of important events. We can’t wait until we can come back here to stay again!!

The view was amazing and there was everything we needed for the beach and the stay the walk to the beach was a little long but the views made up for that

Our stay was really nice. From the moment we entered the property with the friendly security staff to entering the well appointed condo. The view from the balcony is lovely. The amenities for pickleball and grills worked well. Beach walks every morning. We’ll be back!

Great location. Easy to find.

The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and very clean! It was located in an area that was close to restaurants. We tried Rebecca’s and the food was delicious and the bartender was very friendly! We would have loved to enjoy the outdoor areas but we were there for a wedding and busy with friends. Maybe next time.

Our stay at this beautiful condo was great ! We had 5 adults and each of us had the privacy we needed as well as spaces to gather and enjoy the view. The outside deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails and dinner. The entire condo was immaculate, and had whatever we needed for the pool, cooking and the 2.5 bathrooms were enough for our group. It's a 5 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach, and a quick drive to Publix and The Mercato, which has great shopping and loads of good restaurants. Michelle and Chad were very responsive and available to answer any questions. We recommended this place to 2 friends who live in the area and have family visiting.
